Vibrant Minimalism City Views

I stayed there for four nights. It's modern, with great view, and very convenient to airport transportation& guided tour pick-up place. Besides, the owner always reponsed to my requests quickly and effectively.

This place was great for being able to cater for our small group. kitchen, bathrooms and lounge were clean and tidy. Could do with updated unstained carpets but that’s not a major. Our only real complaint was the beds in the secondary room kept breaking (the slats kept falling off) I wouldn’t recommend having multiple people stay while the bed is the same. The communication was great and Stefan very responsive

We had a great stay at Stefan's place! The apartment was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. The beds were comfy and the showers had great water pressure. 2 bathrooms was really handy for our group! The washing machine and dryer also worked perfectly and easy to use. The location is central and there is a great view of the sky tower from the apartment. We made great use of the gym! Pool looked inviting as well although we did not use it on this occasion. We arrived very late due to delayed flight. The key is on site and check in instructions were easy to follow. Communication was always prompt. We would stay again.

Everything as per the photos. Well stocked with every everything you may need. Good location . Only surprise was the lock box for the key was in the building not a separate location as originally indicated.

We had a great stay! Such a lovely place right next to the Sky tower. We can see people skydiving and people walking the busy CBD streets. Lovely view day or night from the private balcony. Lots of restaurants, takeaways, and dairies nextdoor. Supermarkets and bus stops just a walk away. So near Queen Street for food and shopping. Clean linens! Clean kitchen just needing some upgrades - more knives please. Otherwise, so nice to stay there. Superb! My family of five loves our AKL experience.. My son rates the place 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

The best thing about this place is its location. Walking distance to city area, waterfront. On 16th floor so the view is pretty cool. You can observe the people doing the sky jump from the tower & vibrancy from Sky City was fun to hear when the doors were open, but with doors closed it was quiet. The apartment was safe, cosy & clean. However some genuine feedback follows. Unfortunately we had a few concerns that I have observed had already been raised in previous reviews. (Nov and Sept 2024). They have not yet been attended to is disappointing…..hence my tough overall rating. The slats on single bed can buckle and fall out and you have to lift off mattress to reset the slats. Very annoying in the middle of the night. Also - roll out bed wasn’t prepared even though its need communicated earlier in specific request. CHECK IN instructions for key pick up - VERY confusing..3 DIFFERENT addresses given, one was 10 mins walk away. Otherwise all communications were prompt.

THIS IS THE WORST AIRBNB EXPERIENCE! The apartment is managed by a company who owns MANY aparts in Auckland! THEY DO NOT CARE how the apart looks like. The rug was NASTY, the carpet was VERY dirty, the toilet was broken and THE BED WAS BROKEN! We could NOT sleep in that bed! Even though WE PAID FOR IT! The apt is VERY small - extremely small! You cannot have a big luggage inside the room! We paid a good amount of money to have comfort but they NEVER fixed the bed! All furniture is from IKEA and broken. The apart is in horrible condition. The company "offered" me to move 2 days latter to another apart at 9pm. I was on my vacation and I did not have time to pack and move - they did not even offer any Uber or help to move! WE PAID FOR THAT APART and they did not care! MY ADVICE??? When you see ZODIAK renting company - just RUN! I have been renting aparts for about 11 years on Airbnb and I have visited many countries - never had a problem until Auckland! This was really a SCAM!

Really enjoyed the location of this apartment. Great views from the balcony and bedroom windows as well. Has everything you need for a short stay. Our only problem was the single bed. The slats kept moving in the night as they’re not secured to the frame. Fell through a couple of times. The pullout underneath would come out fully as well. Apart from that would definitely stay again.

Cannot say more about the location! It was right in the central area of Auckland CBD so anywhere was walkable. Even though it was in the very busy area and homeless people always around the building, it was quiet and the tag entrance made us feel very safe to access. Also the instruction for checking it and out was clear and simple. We had a nice and comfortable stay. Highly recommend Stefan's property for those who want to enjoy Auckland Central area.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very comfortable and it is the most prime location in the CBD. Its just beside the sky tower. The breeze on 16th floor feels wonderful. The most beautiful location of the tower and harbor. The amenities were top notch. Will definitely visit again.

Great apartment directly across from the Sky Tower. Stefan was a very responsive host and happily answered a few questions we had during our stay. Great value for money if wanting two separate bed and bathrooms compared to hotels in the area. Slightly noisy with cars and bars during the weekend nights but would definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful air bnb, right accross from skycity. Convenient and close to everything. Checking in instructions were a bit confusing as first note tells u to go to the heritage. But the host sent me proper check in details and key is at building u will stay in. Booked for 2 adults and 2 children, did have to make tumbler bed but that was ok .

Honestly I absolutely love the room and the stay. It is a bit loud outside but the view and night makes up for it. Would 100% stay again. Plus parking is literally across the road and that is also convenient. Thank you for our stay.

It was beautiful. The view was stunning. The room was exactly as described. Everything was in walking distance. Only thing we had difficulty with was the oven. We read the instruction manual & done what it said but still couldn’t get it to work. Other than that though, we loved our stay & will be back again. Thank you.

A nice apartment in the center of Auckland. It met our expectations and we can highly recommend this apartment for others. Clean and included what we needed for our 5 days. Contacted Stefan a couple of times, and he or they respond quickly.

Nice two bedroom next to the sky tower. Quiet, clean, and convenient. Small gym in building was a plus. Check in involves picking up keys from a lockbox a couple of blocks away, this was fairly straightforward and not a problem even with my suitcase.

Stefan’s place was the perfect spot for our family of three to spread out, with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The place boasts a clean, fully equipped and updated kitchen (fitted snugly into the floor plan) and nice modern and spotless bathrooms. Our favorite feature was the gorgeous view of Auckland’s city lights and bay that can be seen from the balcony perched on the 16th floor. Immediately outside the building is the famous Sky Tower, and along the street are a number of places to eat. (Our favorite eatery on this trip, Little Tiger Dumplings, can be found right outside the front door.) Thank you Stefan for the great stay!

Stefan s’est toujours montré très attentif à toutes nos demandes, avant et durant notre séjour. Sérieux et très réactif, communiquer avec lui a été très facile et un réel plaisir. Le bâtiment est sécurisé, on s’y sent en confiance, et l’appartement est très agréable. Propre, bien équipé et l’emplacement parfait. Si nous avons de nouveau l’occasion de voyager à Auckland, nous demanderons certainement à loger dans ce même appartement.
