Two Bedroom Near Spark Arena w Free Parking

The flat was very well located, with free parking and clean and comfortable. The host was very communicative as well. Perfect for a stay in Auckland. We definitely recommend.

We have an autistic 11 year old son and he had the time of his life. He settled into the apartment so easily which is usually really hard for him to do. So because our baby was happy we were happy. Thank you so much for providing us with such a relaxing and safe environment for our son.??

Great location. Bedrooms need better curtains, it’s like sleeping in daylight at night. We stayed for a week and only been given a single set of towels. We checked out a day earlier but they couldn’t let me pick up the key half an hour earlier at check in. I was a bit disappointed. They could do better.

We will look into options to reduce brightness during the night. Sorry that we didn't meet your expectations with the amount of towels we supply. We mention in the listing that 1x set is provided for each guest and additional towels can be provided at an extra cost. We are happy to accommodate an early check-in if we are provided enough notice and if we can guarantee the property is ready for your arrival. Host was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was as described and clean. It took us only 3 minutes to walk from the apartment entrance to the spark arena!!! Heaps of food options near by. Great space, we will definitely book again :)

This is the worst Airbnb that I have stayed in over the many years of renting Airbnb’s. Despite advising the host soon after we arrived, that the shower drain was blocked and that we would be out of the apartment all the next day, the drain was not repaired by the time we returned that night. Upon complaining to Airbnb support, the host then offered to send a plumber around, at 9pm! We had worked 11 hours that day and went to bed at 8:30pm so declined. The shower was only able to be used for 4 minutes before it flooded the bathroom and the drain remained flooded for 10 minutes. The host was not proactive with updates regarding repairs and I had to follow up with him twice, with no resolution. I have now made a claim to Airbnb for our stay. The bathroom and kitchen joinery is broken and exposed with old masking tape present. The apartment needs serious attention and host needs to review their management procedures.

Stefan’s place was in a great location, close to everything. We had a car so having access to a parking spot was awesome. Getting in was easy too and the instructions were easy to follow. The only downside was the shower. It wasn’t draining. Stefan provided some suggestions on how to fix it, including drain cleaner, but neither suggestion worked. So unfortunately we were unable to really use the shower and ended up travelling elsewhere to shower as we have kids and the stuff coming up from the drain wasn’t great for them to be standing in. Other than that, the place was good and would happily recommend it to others ?

accurate to the listing and Stefan's comms were great. being next to Spark Arena meant toads were closed around the apartment over the weekend and parking was a mission, but the apartment itself was a great base for our time in Auckland.

Great accommodation for attending a concert at Spark Arena. Less than a 5 minute walk and so conveniently located to good eats, a supermarket and parking buildings. The key pick-up is located a block or two away but as long as you factor this in it’s not too much of a hassle. The apartment is quite warm also so definitely utilise the air conditioning. Overall, would stay again for a concert at Spark Arena.

Apartment is well located in the centre of Auckland. Small but suitable for 4 people. The place was clean and tidy on arrival. The kitchen units and furniture are starting to show there age. Picking up keys at another location is inconvienient and would be more so at peak CBD traffic This is a group of Airbnbs whakaomaoma by a small business and the customer service was difficult, frustrating and unhelpful. Taking multiple repetitive phone calls to get things sorted which left me disappointed with my stay

Although the location was convenient, my overall experience at this Airbnb felt excessively commercial. Despite staying for ten days, the toiletry supplies were only replenished for two days. Moreover, having to collect the keys from a store beside backpacker hostel two streets away while dragging luggage, especially on a rainy night, caused significant anxiety and inconvenience.

The place is amazing with amazing views, although I did struggle a bit with clarification regarding the security deposit, the staff made sure to resolve the matter within 24 hours. The reception is well informed, the service is wonderful and their ability to help is well above the standard. I would definitely choose them again if I were to stay in Auckland.

As everyone comments ... excellent location. 5 minutes to a huge variety of restaurants and bars, 2 minutes to a very large supermarket, 1 minute to Spark Arena, walking and running at your doorstep, safe and secure, and 5 minutes to the bottom of town. In a quiet safe and secure area of Auckland CBD. Wilson Parking next door. The apartment is small yet we had 3 adults and 1 5 year old and we all managed ... at the end of the day how much time do you spend in your apartment when on holiday. It is spotless, clean with crisp linen and towels. Really good place to stay ... you wont be disappointed.

Was great location for spark arena. Only three minutes walk. Also walking distance to queen street shopping. About an 8 min walk from key pick up to the airbnb. Wasn’t a problem for us but it wouldn’t be easy for older people with luggage. Very basic, only had one bed side table plus no mirror in one room, but clutter free and tidy. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but clean sheets and linen. The host was very quick to reply. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place! Easy to get around, Countdown is just a 2 mins walk from the accommodation and also the spark arena is 5 mins walk too so that was good. There are also some cafe and restaurants nearby too! Made our stay a lot easier to get around. But you do have to pay for parking if you have a vehicle/rental.

The apartment was very good! The rental is very functional. But don't expect anything else from the apartment, which is professionally managed. Those who are used to taking Airbnbs for the charm of homestays would be disappointed, but those who need accommodation for practical reasons, in a quiet but well-located place, and at a value - correct price will be satisfied! L'appartement était très bien ! La location est très fonctionnelle. Mais il ne faut pas attendre autre chose de l'appartement, qui est géré de façon professionnelle. The property hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly and had stained/dirty walls, windows and linen. The property is commercially managed and provides below average facilities. The cupboards are held together with tape and the photos are not an accurate representation of the property. You would have a better experience and save a lot of money staying in a hostel as the bed is possibly the worst I have experienced. The property is centrally located but prepared to be kept awake by the busy port. Key must be retrieved from a seperate location which becomes frustrating when you are already unsatisfied with the property.

Stefans place was great value. The only issue I had was key pick-up which was in a different location from the apartment and finding the key pick up place with bags was kind of annoying. The apartment was clean, sparely decorated and the kitchen could have used a few more things for cooking like a flipper. The grocery store was very close by. The proximity to the water front and restaurants is excellent. Overall a great place and great value.
