Tranquil Studio Oasis with Patio

Great place to stay. Very central. A few problems accessing the property after hours but all sorted. Good communication with host. Would stay again.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Wenn alle Features der Unterkunft funktionieren, verdient sie absolut 5 Sterne. Die Lage ist hervorragend – Hafen, Skytower und Fährterminal sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, und wir (zwei Erwachsene, ein Kind) fanden alles, was wir brauchten. Leider können wir nur 3 Sterne vergeben, da unsere Zugangskarte für das Gebäude, den Pool und das Fitnessstudio nicht funktionierte. Dadurch waren wir stark eingeschränkt und konnten wichtige Annehmlichkeiten nicht nutzen, obwohl sie ein Hauptgrund für unsere Buchung waren. Trotz Kommunikation mit Stefan gab es keine Lösung. Das beeinträchtigt leider den Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthalts.

Stefan was easy to communicate with and his recommendations were appreciated. Prime location in the middle of all necessary amenities.

Place was exactly as described, amazing central location walking distance to sky tower. Communication was great, price too. We arrived to check in quite late so the process was a little more complicated but thankfully the building security was helpful. No real complaints, will return again and would definitely recommend ??

The space itself was clean and spacious. My family and I enjoyed the tennis court and rooftop pool - it’s also close to shops, restaurants and attractions. The most stressful part was checking in - there is a sign on the door that states door is locked after 7pm and security will not let you in - this was not indicated anywhere on my check in instructions. I ended up having to speak with 2 different people at Heritage Hotel to finally gain access and collect keys. The bed was very comfy and shower had awesome pressure but there didn’t seem to be hot water in the kitchen (so I boiled the jug to fill sink and wash dishes). No dish cloths for drying dishes and there is a washing machine/dryer available but no where to hang washing out to dry. No parking availabe either.

Petit studio très bien situé avec des équipements dans la résidence très agréables : salle de sport, spa, sauna, tennis et 2 piscines. Une belle vue depuis la piscine sur le toit sur le port d’Auckland. Accès facile à pied à Queen street (10 min max). Appartement propre et bien équipé avec une petite terrasse bien ensoleillée face au terrain de tennis. Bon choix pour un court séjour dans le centre d’Auckland. Communication très rapide. Nous reviendrons.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Auckland’s CBD, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Auckland! I’d definitely stay here again.

WARNING ?? Take photos of all stains you find on arrival before Stefan and his team try to charge you for them. Luckily I did and even told Stefan about them when I checked in and even sent him photos. Only for Stefan to try to charge me after I had checked out. This is completely unprofessional. I empathised with Stefan during checkin when I found the stains that this stuff is often outside of his control.. However Stefan not once offered to have the stains on the carpet cleaned properly or change the stained sheet on the bed during my stay which he could have done. I already felt quite let down for the price I paid to find the stains and a cigarette butt outside the back door.. But when Stefan tried to charge me for the stains it really ruined my experience there. I'm just lucky I had taken photos. Sorry but this should have been much better handled. I won't be staying again.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city, with good amenities. The location is perfect if you wanted to walk around CBD area. Stefan is a super host and responds so fast to inquiries. We got a little challenge with the key card during checkin because of the building security changes, but Stefan and the Zodiac team quick to resolve it. We enjoyed our stay in Auckland. We will definitely come back.

Great central location. Close to everything in the city, but quiet at night for a good night sleep. Roof top pool was lovely with beautiful views, and tennis courts were accessible and lots of fun, although we lost a few balls off the building.

Stefan’s place was clean, true to pictures and the description. It had all the basic amenities in the unit you could want for a long term stay, but what I like most are the amenities in the building; pool, hot tub, gym. Stefan was always helpful and responsive.
