Guests will have access to the entire property.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Check-in: There is an on-site lockbox for easy self check-in.

Parking: Free parking at the property.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 5x tea/coffee, 5x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

I enjoyed my stay in Stefan's house. The location was perfect for me being easy to walk into town and also around Ponsonby, plus a bonus to have a garage car park as it was Winter and raining a lot. The house was a good size to accommodate my guests who were staying with me and I thoroughly enjoyed myself there.

Lovely house and close to town. But we have hot water issues that took a few days to resolve. House is also not well equipped for cooking. Ie no cup measurers. But very clean and overall a good spot.

We fell in love with the place immediately after we walked in. The settings and the scent of the house were both beautiful and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable. We also love the view and the feeling of openness that we get from the balcony. This house location is very near to Ponsonby, which is filled with many great restaurant choices. Overall our family really enjoyed our stay here.

We really loved our stay at this beautiful house. The lounge and dining area open up to a generous deck and we loved sitting out there and enjoying the view across Auckland. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. It was also great having a garage for parking and being so close to the city and all the great restaurants and cafes nearby.
