The location can’t be better, easy walking to almost all CBD areas. The place itself is well done, very clean and Stefan is super responsive to any questions. If you have a car, the apt comes with an indoor parking which is very convenient for this location, but you do need to retrieve the key first from the apt before accessing the garage. Overall, a fantastic experience and Stefan I a great host!

We had a good stay at this apartment. As others have said, check-in does require parking nearby to pick up the key before entering the garage, which is outlined clearly in the instructions Stefan sent. The car park is then up the ramp on the right, then the elevator is through a door midway down the rear/south wall. The place was very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. You may need to refer to the linked manuals to use the appliances (tips: if the oven clock is blinking it won’t heat, you need to hold both buttons to set it, and if the dryer won’t unlock turn it off at the wall for 10 mins - we couldn’t work that locking function out!) We enjoyed being walking distance to downtown and Depot Works, and a short drive to other parts of the city. Great value for a handy location and car park.

This is a lovely property but really difficult to find and get in to. Instructions for the parking garage are off a one way street so you have to loop around to get in, that's not so bad but then you need the a key fob to open the garage doors which is on the keys to the apartment, at the apartment! I arrived in the dark so it was very confusing and when I contacted the host to ask how to get in I was referred to the book in instructions - nowhere on the book in instructions was there mention of collecting the key first. In the end I had to work it out for myself. The door needs to be locked with the key and the checkout instructions are to leave the key inside, so the property is not secure when you leave. Also, you need that fob to gain entry to the garage to leave so you have to get your car, loop back around and park up to return the key - painful. Probably not so bad if there are 2 of you. The apartment is really nice tho, has everything you need for a work trip.

Stefan’s place was bigger than expected, well furnished, pretty and very clean. However, we felt it would’ve definitely been better if we weren’t driving or if this wasn’t the last stop before our flight. The instructions for drivers to enter were not clear and I relied on Airbnb reviews to figure out how to access the car park(you need to retrieve the keys first at his gate and drive around again) /where to find our lot/had to search for the lift with our heavy luggage bags after a long road trip. Things to note: -Not in the listing: Must clear your own rubbish though there’s cleaning service (I saw the cleaning ladies come in a while after we left). There’s no instructions on where to throw our rubbish bags so we had to ask people around. -If you check out on the app once you leave the apartment, you lose access to the lock code number. This made returning the keys a hassle as we had to drive back up to return the keys.

Great stay over ally - one thing is that because it’s a concrete building there is very little service in the apartment and also had trouble accessing wifi from link give to online manual. Had to call to get this done but they were quick to solve it after trying to figure out how to get access without data and then how to access online guest manual.

Would not stay here again. Had problems with the internet the very first night and it was never resolved—the host was never able to contact the owner. I can only imagine if it was a bigger problem and the host can’t communicate with the owner to resolve it. There is a ‘check in’ link that asks personal questions, and there are also additional checkout tasks which are not given on the listing (ie having to take out the trash and not providing info of where that is). The appliances are not intuitive to use so you spend time trying to get them to work. Gets hot in the summer and opening the bedroom door lets highway noise in. And just a lot of other things. Best thing is close to downtown (about a 15-20 min walk up/downhill).

Very professional. The appartement is very clean and very good maintained. The building is very modern and good surveilled, so you feel safe at any time of the day. The kitchen is a bit sparcely equipped, but since you are livin in the centre of Auckland, you don't need to cook. Stefan is very friendly and answers very quickly. The pre Check-in is a bit tideous, but easy to accomplish. All in all, great BnB in the CBD.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days when we flew into Auckland. The place was great! It was very close to the city to walk but far enough away that you didn’t hear the traffic noise in the apartment. Only a 15-20 min walk to the harbor. The bed was very comfortable and we really liked the townhouse layout with the stairs up to the bedroom. We had trouble finding the garage at first. The garage is under the property. It is off Sam Wrigley Street which is a one-way and the parking spot is on the bottom floor of the garage. We also had trouble opening the laundry machine door and found online you should lift and pull and not just pull.

I’ve stayed in a few places whilst travelling, but this apartment was by far the most pristine & absolute well presented place to stay. CBD location, close to all amenities around CBD. Parking was spot was a bonus. Friendly neighbours & Stefan was super amazing with checking in to see if I was all settled in. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the CBD on the outskirts, I highly recommend here. An awesome set up with everything you need in a home. All you need to bring is yourself and any other essential items.. food etc.. Thank you so much Stefan for an outstanding service. Look forward to staying again soon. Mahalo

The apartment is absolutely top notch, loved every second of it. The location is amazing and communication is very good. It was a little hard to find the carpark based on the instructions but previous reviews help a lot. (Car park is up the lower ramp in the back left corner)

Great place for staying in the city. Stefan is very helpful if you have any questions. The place itself downstairs has a living area, kitchen and laundry with washer/dryer under the stairs. Only thing missing was a rubbish bin in the kitchen. Upstairs there is a study room with desk and chair which i used for work. Then bathroom and good sized bedroom. We stayed for just under two weeks and had a good time. About 4 mins walk away is Allpress cafe, definitely worth going to if you like coffee. Ponsonby is a short uber away too. For the carpark go up the ramp to the right (not the steep one on the left) when you enter and is in the back left corner. The rubbish is next to the garage door the cars go in and out of. The oven, to use it you need to set the time (in the instructions), if it has been switched off at the wall when you arrive. Something i havent encountered before. Thanks for a good stay Stefan

Great location with motorway right in your doorstep and walking distance to Skytower. Clean and comfortable. Parking instructions need attention as these weren't clear. TV had been broken by previous guest however the team managing this property arranged its replacement within a day.

Stefans BNB was definitely amazing, the rooms were extremely comfortable, the apartment was cosy, soundproof, the kitchen had all we needed and a laundry as a bonus too. Can’t forget the smart tv (which allowed us to watch anything ie Netflix) and wifi too! Communication with Stefan and his team was great and things were communicated fairly quickly. Only downside I have was parking. There wasn’t any instructions of where to go for parking (though you just have to assume it) but once found , the instructions had a parking number followed by a letter, oddly in person it just had the number not the letter. The issue was solved quickly with communication to confirm if i was in the right spot or not. Another downside that I have (not too major) was that the check in guide had mentioned we will be given 3 rolls of toilet paper but we only had 2. (Wasn’t a problem so didn’t need to raise it with them). Other than that I recommend this bnb to all. And i definitely will stay here again! :)

This apartment is really well situated for everything you need in Auckland. It's close to the motorway, the Sky Tower, Victoria Park is awesome, and there are a number of restaurants, breweries, and grocery stores nearby. It's also super helpful to have a parking stall that is easily accessible. The apartment is perfectly supplied with everything you need to cook meals, do laundry, or just hang out on the couch and watch tv. Stefan and the team are also SUPER responsive and give really clear and detailed information about the apartment. They also helped me out tremendously with a lost item. Super appreciate them for that.

Nice apartment, and the separate dedicated workspace was very useful. No problems with the Wi-Fi as mentioned in a previous review, so safe to say that they have fixed that problem. The shower temperature was a little reliable and fluctuated quite a bit, but the Zodiak Team were quick to send a maintenance person around to have a look at it, they weren't able to remedy it during my stay - but that's not unreasonable as I wasn't there for too long afterwards.

home was clean and exactly as listed, easy to find and check one. internet connectivity was very low quality which was disappointing, other than this though it was a lovely stay
