Stay was amazing, the lounge and kitchen area was nice and spacious. We had planned to go out but we stayed in for majority of the stay because it felt so relaxing and homey. Instructions for checkin and check out and finding the place were straightforward. Thank you for being so accommodating! Enjoyed every bit of our stay.

This apartment was the perfect home base to explore Auckland. Close to plenty of activities and transport options. Having the kitchen was perfect, so we didn’t have to eat out every night.

Stefan was a very responsive host made sure we arrived and had a good check in. Check in and check out was amazing me and my partner loved every minute of our stay the space in the air bnb was just perfect. I had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the area especially for a little shopping. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as it’s pictured. The host was very responsive to all my needs and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It is a very small bedroom with no room to move between the bed and the walls. The bathroom is tiny and smells. The shower is so small that water splashes everywhere, creating an unsafe slip hazard. The water pressure in the shower could not be controlled, and the shower head would be forced back, making showering difficult. Water went everywhere. Stairs from level 7 to level 8 were not mentioned and were inconvenient for me. The lift plant was located within the apartment's boundary, creating significant noise. It was advertised as a penthouse but it was far from one.

Fairly good location on the Queen St. easy to going to anywhere. The room was very clean. The heater was too small to cover the big room. The drain has smell due to the old building. Overall, it was still good value and experience.

It is a beautiful place to stay, in the most beautiful Street in New Zealand, there so much things to do. I was a first time at New Zealand and I believe there is no a better zone to stay than this.

My partner and I stayed here for three days over the weekend for our anniversary. We were looking for a nice apartment in central Auckland, and this one fit the bill perfectly. The location is fantastic, being right in the heart of Queen street. The building was safe, and the apartment matched the photos and had all the amenities we needed. We had three issues however that affected the quality of our stay; 1. The bedroom has an ensuite. There was a very foul smell coming from the drain on the floor. It could be smelled all the time and it was very overpowering. 2. The shower head doesn’t stay in place and swivels in a way that prevents you from standing under the shower. You need to hold the shower head in your hand to clean yourself. 3. Checking out was difficult. We were not given an updated code to put the keys away. We had to call the main office and spent over 30 minutes trying new codes with no success. Great apartment but these 3 issues affected our stay.

I do NOT recommend after the free cancellation period ended and 1.5 hours before we were supposed to check in they requested my credit card information to charge a bond. As per Air BnB guidelines you should never be asked for payment information. They also messaged me at 3am offering an extra night for 85% off which I found completely unacceptable as my phone stays on loud in case my hotel has an emergency. Luckily I run a hotel for a very big chain of hotels and we could easily sort out other accommodation.

Great location, everything we wanted to do in Auckland. Central was walking distance. There was a noticeable sewerage smell coming from the bathroom drain which was quite unpleasant, had to keep drain covered with towel to surprise the smell.

Apartment was nice and clean, as described in photos. Would have to say it’s probably not appropriate if you are travelling with a baby as the apartment doesn’t have lift access to the 8th floor. Tricky to carry all the luggage upstairs. There was a slight smell coming from the drains in the bathroom, and some water damage on the wall in the lounge area. Happy with the cleanliness and location, just not really suitable if travelling with a baby. Host has impeccable communication and very prompt with replies. Would happily book with Zodiak again! Thank you

Stefan was a great host & really responsive. It is in the CBD so can get a bit noisy at night at the weekend (it's not a location for the jet-lagged). Place was very clean & ideal for short stay.
