Stylish Apartment in the Heart of the City

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and was quiet and secure. We couldn’t find much in the way of cafes or supermarkets etc in the area but it was easy to get an Uber wherever we wanted to go.

We enjoyed our month long stay within the Sugartree apartment complex. The apartments are only five years old and still feel new. Everything you could think of was supplied with the apartment. My main issue was the check in process. The key is in a lockbox approximately 1 km away. From the airport we got a taxi to the lockbox, the instructions worked and we had the two sets of keys in no time. You then have a choice pay for another taxi to take you to the apartment or walk. We walked/pushed our suitcases. Almost all of this walk is uphill which makes it a pretty challenging experience. Needless to say this is the first time we’ve had to walk our suitcases around the city in order to get the key to the apartment. I strongly suggest the use of the mailbox or a lockbox within the Sugartree complex. Overall the apartment complex itself is clean and modern. Perhaps slightly out of prime CBD territory but overall good.

Everything was great, except the accommodation was extremely hot even with both fans on. Also had issue connecting to the wifi when we first arrived, as instructions were unclear. Otherwise, the apartment was great!

This was a great apartment for our stay in Auckland. We were there for about a week, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It definitely felt like home as we were able to make meals there and do laundry during our stay. Walkable location to restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and grocery stores. It’s a pretty quiet location, too, given its proximity to everything. We had the window open all night to cool down the apartment and were never woken up or bothered by noise from the street. Couldn’t hear our neighbours, either. Lovely place!

We had a great stay! Easy to get too, nice room and amenities . I missed some things in the ad but that's my fault. Stephen was apologetic but not his fault at all! He responded quickly to all questions. Walking distance to Skycity , busses etc .

Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen. Nur zur Info, für die Buchung muss man im Nachhinein noch eine Kreditkarte mit Namen etc. bei seinem privaten Unternehmen angeben und der Speicherung zustimmen. Ansonsten gefiel uns die Wohnung sehr gut und die Lage war nahezu perfekt. Alles war wunderbar sauber.

Stefan’s place was very nice, everything was very new, easy to use, works very well! We had 2 sets of keys, very considerate. Walking distance to everywhere in CBD. We had a very comfortable stay. Will definitely choose there again.

very central and easy to walk around. You do get morning sun though so it's quite warm during summer, they only have fans so it just circulates hot air really, I'm out most during the day so didn't really bother me

Had a great stay at this unit in Auckland. Location is convenient to main areas of Auckland. Place was very clean and well-equipped. Note that the lockbox is a 15 min walk from the unit when you first arrive. Would recommend overall!

Super wonderful stay experience, the traffic was very convenient, the place of the building was perfect. The direction to the key pick up was quite easy, and the apartment was wonderful. As it described, it had basically everything we needed, we cooked our breakfast every morning, and they have dishwasher, washing and drying, the bed felt good. The neighborhood felt safe and it can lead to everywhere we wanna go! Such a wonderful experience, next time we will book again if we gonna travel here!

Only recommendation would be to have the dropbox at the unit location. Otherwise handy to everything if you love City living.

A beautiful apartment with a great view of the city and the sky tower. The place is very pristine and tidy exactly like the photos. Location wise, it’s close to many places around the cbd. There are scooters and bikes nearby which makes transport easy and enjoyable to view around the city.

Great stay. Only small complaint is finding the key location was hard late at night. Some photos on the check In would be useful. However, the place is awesome and I’d definitely stay again

The flat is well situated, clean and it did the trick for us during our stay. You can tell that a lot of people go through the flat and there were few things that were almost broken (lamp, table, etc). The communication was all clear, however it felt like I had to do all the check-in and checkout procedures twice, through Airbnb and through the company that manages the place.

We are always looking on ways to improve this and make easier for guests but the second form is a building requirement for short-term rentals as mentioned on the listing.

The keys had to be picked up from a separate location about 15 minutes walk away, that would be the only negative point. Otherwise the apartment was very large and modern. We had a big TV, wifi and a nice view. The communication was excellent! I would choose again and again.

Die Schlüssel musste man von einem separaten Ort abholen, der ca 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt lag, das wäre der einzigste negative Punkt. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr groß und modern gewesen. Wir hatten einen großen Fernseher, WLAN und eine nette Aussicht. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend! Würde ich immer wieder auswählen.

It’s more of a hotel than an Airbnb, but that’s fine by me since the location and furniture are great. The only downside is the check-in process. It’s a shame that an excellent place like this has such a check-in process. To be more specific: - I needed to collect the keys from another place. - I needed to fill out a form to check in, which was boring and wasted time.
