Stunning studio w Balcony Gym Pool and Parking

It was a bit of an adventure finding the lock box before being able to park in our designated spot, but easy once we had the key. Perhaps telling us to park in front of the 22 Nelson hotel when we arrived and going into the lobby, up to the 2nd floor to the other building lobby would have been helpful. The location was perfect for us. We were a bit confused about what to do with the trash, but hope we did it correctly.

Had a fabulous time exploring the city. Excellent location! Having the parking space provided was an absolute must and worked out so well. Amazing views of the city and viaduct. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a central location in city. Would definitely look to come back.

Très bon emplacement avec parking ce qui n’est pas négligeable dans le centre d’Auckland. Le logement était propre ! la kitchenette, la salle de sport et la piscine chauffée un plus à prendre en considération. Tout était parfait hormis l’arrivée le 1er jour l’hôtel avait fait changer toutes les serrures de l’étage 12 du coup nous avons dû attendre 3h le temps de nous trouver une autre chambre.

Everything was perfect except for the check in where I had to contact Stefan to get access to the boarding card and access to the keys. But Stefan was quick to answer and solve the issue ! Great place, great location, everything was well explained and ready for me.

Great value! The Studio was clean and the linen was of impeccable quality, it does have a washer and dryer that worked great to dry togs between swims and to free up time when you return home from your stay. The hosts were thoughtful and wonderful to communicate with. Check in was an absolute breeze as was check out. Had quality handwash, shampoo etc. Now the view. The view was stunning! ? would highly recommend

Great location with the added value of a secure car spot. Allow time to follow the steps to gain entry. The unit is well laid out with a well equipted kitchen that met our every need. Double doors lead to an outdoor veranda that offers spectacular views of the harbour.

100% recommended!!! Everything needs to have an apartment for your stay. Clean, illuminated, perfect location. I didn’t use the kitchen or washing or dryer but great that are there. TV that connected with my phone to use my accounts netflix or youtube. Parking included. Stefan always replied quicky my texts. I will stay again if I come back to Auckland.

I booked this place because it included parking and I have an 11 month old which made it easier as the car park is in the same building as the unit just need to go through the lobby and up the elevator which was very convenient with children especially a baby. The unit was clean, tidy and very simple. Great for my explorative baby. The view is beautiful you can see the harbour. It was also very quiet couldn’t hear neighbours etc. Washer and dryer in bathroom which makes it even more convenient. Communication and instructions were clear and made it very easy to find the lock box and car park. I would stay again.

Stefan’s place is conveniently located with a 15 minute walk to the waterfront-Viaduct and a 5 minute walk to the Sky Tower. The area is close to a couple of convenient stores, gas station and restaurants. The place is in a mixed hotel /residence building with the usual hotel amenities such as pool and gym. The room and bathroom were clean enough although the carpet may benefit from a steam cleaner. The bath shower area may also benefit from a bath mat to minimize slipping when taking a shower. The bed was firm enough to sleep on but appears to have been joined together with a noticeable gap/divot in the center. Communication with Stefan was prompt and helpful. Overall, the issues mentioned did not bother us. As a result, we would consider staying at Stefan’s place if we go back to Auckland.

When our trip itinerary changed on short notice Stephan’s apartment fit our needs perfectly! Excellent access to and from the motorway. Free in building parking was especially beneficial. The view of Auckland’s harbor from the balcony was beautiful. It was highlighted by the special effects lighting on the bridge when the sun when down. Stephan was friendly and responsive every step of the way and even followed up to make sure everything was okay.

Great spot in CBD. If you're coming by car juggling it in and out of the building parking while checking in/out is tricky. Local parking stations have only a limited number of public parking spots. But very comfortable apartment in great location.

Stefan and his team were very responsive, including when the apartment had a minor problem and he sent a handyman promptly. The building and apartment decorations are rather dated and could do with a revamp.

Great location in the city, very walkable. Having a parking space and washing machine was nice. Not a huge place, but enough space for two, similar to a hotel room. Was generally clean and comfortable. The building felt secure. The fridge is small but enough for drinks and some small snacks. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear, though do require getting the key from a near by location and moving the car before checkout, both explained in the listing and not a surprise. If you notice any damage or issues I would recommend letting them know right away to avoid future problems.

Perfect location and great facilities (2 gyms plus indoor and outdoorpools, and indoor and outdoor spas). Easy access to everything on foot and by car. Nice views too. The King size bed was really comfortable, water pressure was goid and the apartment had plenty of space. The only thing to be aware of is the space inside the fridge is tiny (2L milk, 2 x 2L water/soft drink, some fruit and it's full...also the freezer is tiny and on highest setting takes 2 days to freeze ice cubes. I still gave a 5 star rating, but it was disappointing since we were planning to do a shop for our week stay and make use of the kitchen, which was really not possible.

Great crash pad, centrally located. beautiful view of the water from the balcony. Definitely in a busy downtown neighborhood, but loved the garage parking. Doing key pickup feels like going through a maze, but the instructions are clear and get you there just fine. Bed was comfortable, linens crisp and clean. Only issue we had was our brains not firing on all cylinders after 20hrs of traveling so we didn't insert the electricity card fully (push it down into the slot) so we had no lights or ac our first night. Again, instructions were there, but we just could not figure it out the first go around, our fault. Once we inserted it properly we were wonderfully comfortable. Even so Stefan was very responsive throughout our stay.

The property was very lovely. It was just as decribed but so much more appealing to the eye upon arrival. I appreciated the ammenities provided and was very happy with the access to the Rooftop pool, Indoor pool, Gym's, Spa's and Sauna. I found it very easy to check-in and check-out, as the instructions sent by the Zodiak team were clear and concise. I had problems with the oven because I lacked reaching out for help and thoroughly researching the house manual. I ended up unintentionally damaging the glass lid. The team at Zodiak were very considerate when I approached them about the situation and helped me feel at ease. They gave me a heads-up about the approximate costs involved and made sure I was not injured. I highly recommend staying here and would book again.

Place is great, clean and tidy. Location is perfect and having pool and spa made me feel like I was in a resort. I’m not giving 5 stars just because when I tried to heat dinner in the oven I realised it wasn’t working and Stefan didn’t bother to come and check the situation. Also, there were lots of ants in the bathroom and kitchen, luckily we found insecticide and managed the situation although it would be nice if they managed before our arrival.

Great view of the harbour and my favorite thing about the property. Great proximity to a lot of things. Host was very responsive. As a single traveler I felt safe in the location. If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking this might not be the most convenient space for you. However, this was not the case for me, as I rented this space knowing my intent was to explore the local restaurants. The fridge is also small so take that into consideration Re leftovers. Only other matter was that the bed is made up of two twins, so if sleeping in the middle of the bed you can feel the split. Otherwise would def stay here in the future.

The view was really nice. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. You could use the hotel’s swimming pool and jacuzzi. There was also an outside swimming pool, so you could swim and still glance over the city. It was quite unique and not busy. The place was central. The host communicated well and arranged an extra key. The mattress was a bit worn out. The check-in and check-out was not so easy (for me). In both cases I needed to find paid parking in near proximity to pick up or drop off the keys. I did not find any short term parking so I had to pay for a day parking . On the check-out day it was hard to find even paid parking garage so it was a bit stressful. It would Be amazing if a host could just arrange a drop off near parking or enable parking exit with a code. Still, many nice memories. :)

Great location and Stefan/ Ema prompt professional. Place warm, dry, clean and PARKING was included. LOVED the view, pool and general quiet. The little things… Ironing board kept collapsing and was met with unwashed pot on arrival (not a biggie but eek!) Couldn’t find some Kitchen utensils ( grater /pasta serving spoon- cafetière would’ve been nice - 1st world probs) Would book again

Had a wonderful time tge facilities were exceptional and the apartment was perfect as was the location to restaurants and facilities. Wouldn't recommend the in Hotel restaurant for buffet, but the Empire across the road made our stay perfect and many other dining selections nearby. Stefan was very helpful and nothing was a problem in the apartment. The bed was superb ? ?

Super convenient spot for a stay in Auckland! It was my first time in New Zealand, so I even more so appreciated how seamless check in, check out and communication with Stefan was. Stefan made a point to reach out and ensure everything went smoothly, too. I had no issues but having that communication made me feel super welcome. Would stay again or recommend to a friend! Access to the hotel facilities (pool, hot tub, gym) is a huge bonus, too.

Our one week fly by stay was made so much easier thanks to Stefan and everyone at Zodiac, everything about everything was fantastic, the room was perfect for our stay great comfy bed and extra kudos for the awesome bath that was lovely to soak in at the end of the day. This Airbnb has a lot of pluses but several deficiencies that reduce its value as a great property! First, management needs to follow through on confirmed (and paid for) request by guest!. Cancelling personal check-in at a late hour for weary guest was not very professional. Request for extra towels for pool use was made several weeks in advance and late check out, but was denied at last moment. Although advertised as a studio, the "kitchenette" lacks updated appliances, and "half fridge/freezer" that was frozen over. The tub/shower shield needs to be re-worked to keep water off the bathroom floor. The king mattress, like many items in the studio, needs updating. Its useful life expired many months ago. Some excellent pluses: Fantastic location, in heart of CBD, and grand views of the city! Indoor heated pool (with whirlpool + showers) and gym/weight room utilized every day by both guests! Update appliances, new mattress, professional management with make this B+!

It was clean and clutter free which was nice and had an amazing view. The only complaint perhaps is that I didn’t get an opportunity to use the swimming pool due to my own poor time management.

Great apartment in a nice, secure complex. Location is prime for wandering the city / viaduct and the secure carpark spot that the property comes with is a huge benefit. Excellent communication from Stefan and the team @ Zodiak, super easy to self check in as instructions were very clear. Highly recommend and would definitely consider booking this property / another property managed by Zodiak again.

Only (minor) negative is you have to pick up the key from the Viaduct before going to the apartment. Worked okay for us as we had a car but this could prove tricky if you didn’t have a car and had luggage. Not so much a negative as much as something that would need to be planned for logistically. Would 100% book again for our staycays!

Being so close to the SkyTower meant you could safely wander off without maps and find your way back to the apartment with ease. Views from the balcony were pristine and the apartment was quiet and comfortable - very spacious for one or two people.

Location is great. View from balcony is gorgeous and heated pool is the best. The “studio” is really a medium sized hotel room in an older property. Access to the room is by keycard only. On the 3rd day, we went to the pool (key card access), but when we returned to the room, the keycard no longer worked. We always took both keycards with us whenever we left the property, but to go to the pool, we only took one. We called the # in the house instructions for help, but the person who answered said they would put us on hold and instead hung up and never called back. There is no staff onsite in the condo tower to assist. I messaged the host through Airbnb, but by the end of the conversation, I am sure it was a bot. Eventually, we went to the hotel lobby and provided identification to the hotel desk and asked if they could reset the key. They could not, but they had a master key and were able to let us in the room. We had to wait hours in wet clothing in a cold hotel lobby and got sick.

The wrong keycard was provided creating a long wait for a replacement card. Apart from that the room, the location etc were great. Got hassled after I checked out for allegedly losing 1 card. They only gave me one so they were wrong. After they screwed up my keycard on arrival I’d have hoped they’d be a bit more careful on the departure. So a poor experience this time.

Apartment was in good location with a short walk down to the waterfront. Parking was easy and there is surprising little traffic in the area given it is in the CBD. Because there is no personal on-site checkin, it would be an advantage to have mobile wifi to ease the process of key collection.

In conclusion it was a pretty complicated organisation of the stay. I would not recommend it if you would like to have as little hassle as possible. - when you book via airbnb you then have to also register on another website with all your details - You have to get the key cards somewhere different from the accomodation - You have to completely check out on the minute exactly, even the car has to be moved out exactly on time. We just wanted to leave the car 15 min longer in the garage but had to pay 30 Dollar for „late check out“ - additional payments (such as for late check- out) cannot be done via airbnb but has to be done on another website - for the check out you have to get the car out of the garage and then have to get back to the room and deposit the room cards there

amazing harbour views, very spacious, comfortable bedding, very clean and tidy. communication was good however with swimming facilities advertised and we had booked the room for 2 people for approx 11days, there was only 1 towel & face cloth each, only 1 bath mat and one hand towel supplied, no spare rubbish bags, no dishcloth or dishwashing tablets and when I requested more bathroom linen so we didn't feel like we had to wash our towels every couple of days between showering and swimming, we were advised we weren't allowed to use the room towels down at the swimming facilities - so you're expected to bring your own towels if you plan on using the pool. it did take me several attempts with communicating back and fourth over a couple of days to actually get the extra bath linen and other items we requested. Initially I was told the linen could be supplied for a small charge however Stefan was kind enough to assist us with our requests to help make our stay more enjoyable free of charge. Water pressure in shower is yet to be fixed. Overall 7/10.
