Great location but the apartment is tired and needs work doing to it.

Great location to the wharf and restaurants. The apartment was just as described and has everything you might need. There is a lot of loud noise from the road and street, something to be mindful of if you’re a light sleeper. Very handy with an allocated carpark in the building. Just make sure you get checkout instructions from the host so you don’t accidentally lock your car in as you will need the swipe to get out haha. Would definitely stay again when we have something on in Auckland.

Convenient to stay at as supermarket is right next door - it was close to everything and great walks. Pool was a hit ! Would recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything in the city.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und wohnlich eingerichtet. Alles findet Platz, Küche und Bad verfügen über alles, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Zentrale Lage nahe am Hafenviertel, sicheres Gebäude. Toll, der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Super genaue Anweisungen für Check-in und Check-out.

Great location with everything you need a short walk away. Was initially tricky finding the location largely due to construction in the area and not of fault of the host. Slightly inconvenient needing to go off site to collect the keys but still within a short walk so really not a major issue. Very responsive host who helped fill me in on details I simply missed or overlooked during the onboarding process. A pleasant stay overall.

Great location and had everything you need. The code to the door to the lock box didn’t work so had to ring the number but it was quickly sorted. Also instructions said turn left out of elevator but it’s right. This has been mentioned by others before me! Apart from that the place was great and would stay again.

Great unit situated a short stroll to harbour. Big comfy bed, well equipped kitchen plenty linen. Full size fridge was handy. There are renovations currently on the building which were no problems except signage wasn’t there but we found it. Definitely great value with plenty space

Great value inner city spot for a week’s stay. Good kitchen / bathroom amenities, however there was a noticeable smell under the sink that I couldn’t pinpoint. I got used to it and keeping windows open helped. Appreciated the small things that made the place homely – a big monstera and books are a nice touch. Great value so would book again!

Good location with carpark BUT can be extremely noisy because of the single glazing windows. Bed, couch and shower head are definitely in need of a little update. If you don't really mind these things, it's good.

Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen, alles war gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Grosser Einkaufsladen direkt um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Stefan's place was in a perfect location, the apartment was clean, well presented and had all we needed to settle right in. The building was clean and well kept with Woolies and Britomart just around the corner. I'd definitely make use of this listing again.

Great location for events at spark arena and the supermarket right outside was handy. The instructins were unclear and at times wrong. The bathroom fan doesn’t work but that wasn't a big deal for a quick shower. Parking was secure. There was construction happening which the description gave no heads up of. Which was a tad frustrating as the scaffolding blocked the builing so couldnt find the frst entrance/sign, and only a short sleep in before work started. All in all it is a decent enough place for a night after a concert but not a comfortable, homely place for a get away.

Excellent location, not far from Britomart and nearby bus stops which meant for easy travel. The place was nice and clean and decently spacious. The parking garage felt safe and the security staff were friendly. The swimming pool area was clean and the pool itself was heated which was nice during the colder days. There was a bit of damage to the vinyl covering on the cupboards which I did cut my finger on and the bed did have an issue of the slats coming out when sitting on the edge of it. Other than that it was a great stay in a great location.

The place was in a good location with lots of pubs and restaurants close by. Also very close to the grocery store which was handy. Only slight negative was the renovations that were happening at the building, which obstructed any views from the apartment. Overall though, the apartment was tidy and had everything we needed.

Whilst the interior of the apartment exceeded expectations, there was no communication of the exterior building work that had been programmed for May/June. Scaffolding completely surrounded the apartment's exterior windows, removing all views. Workman regularly walked past on the scaffolding resulting in noise and no privacy. The check in instructions were vague and incorrect (left when it should have been right) and there was also a requirement to submit information outside of Airbnb’s portal. Finally on check out there was a requirement to put rubbish in the rubbish room, but no indication where that was. Keys had to be left in the room, so the car had to be moved first, find an external carpark to then retrace steps to the room and leave keys behind. All rather inconvenient.

Spacious one-bedroom apartment in a fabulous location with great cafes and restaurants nearby in Britomart. Well-equipped kitchen, easy to self-cater. The lounge room was large, though a dedicated (and surely unnecessary) workspace created clutter. The TV was small. The sofa could be replaced, it looked dirty. The bathroom was functional and large. The exhaust fan did not work. Appreciate the extra towels. The bed was uncomfortable, the linen cheap, and the pillows terrible—no bedside lamps. On checking in, I discovered the apartment building had been clad in scaffolding, and major exterior work was taking place. Workmen could stare through our windows. We felt like goldfish. When we complained, the managers were responsive and apologetic but little else. Finally, after three angry messages, I asked for and received a partial refund. The exterior works will last for around 40 days from May 20. Staying here is like staying inside of a construction site.

We loved our stay at Stefan's. It was the perfect location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Auckland. The key pickup location was super close so that wasn't an issue at all. We also loved the free parking.

Stefan's apartment is in an excellent location. The rooms were clean and toiletries were good. Keys are a little difficult to obtain. Guests have to park at the designated car park.

The apartment was clean and tidy, equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. Its prime location within walking distance of the city center made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The check-in process was seamless thanks to Stefan's clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Throughout my stay, Stefan proved to be a highly responsive and helpful host. I would highly recommend Stefan's apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in the area.
