Guests have access to entire property.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 20% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Parking: There is a free secure parking and additional parking bay next to garage at the property

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 8x tea/coffee, 4x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Lovely house - clean, tidy and quiet neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic and we never had to travel too far to visit different attractions around Auckland. would definitely stay again :-)

Great stay thank you. Very clean and tidy. Great communication. Driveway was quite tight and so larger vehicles would be best to reverse in as instructed.

This is a lovely home. It was very spacious and warm. It's the perfect stay for families with kids. Great location with private access and offstreet parking. We will visit again!

Stefan is so nice to add hair dryers for us. The guita and piano are so wonderful. But you'd better have a car with living in this area.

Beautiful home! Very easy to get too, great spot to stay if attending games at Mt. smart stadium & close to Sylvia park! Easy to access off ramps/on ramps! Will definitely be a nice home to book in the summer time ? thank you for letting us stay! ?

This is the second of Stefan’s places I have stayed at. Both times they have been super clean and attentive to all my needs. I used this place a work base large enough for my colleagues to come and work from each day whilst I lived there for 3 weeks. It’s very modern - the state of the art barista coffee machine is a huge plus, as was picking fresh mandarins off the tree each morning. Thanks for an amazing stay - it would be perfect for a group of friends/family of 4.

Vi havde nogle virkelig gode uger i huset med vores 3 børn. Huset er smukt og fyldt med luksus ting. Sengene er gode, det er fint med plads og køkkenskabene var fyldt med kolonialvare, krydderier og andet brugbart. Ellerslie er et hyggeligt område med meget sjæl og charme. Daniel var virkelig venlig og lynhurtig til at svare på alle spørgsmål og kiggede endda forbi da vi havde problemer med spaen. Han var fleksible i forhold til udtjekning og indtjekning. Vi elskede det hele og ville til hver en tid anbefalde andre at bo der.
