Comfortable space for two adults two kids. Enjoyed our stay. Only slight niggly thing was check out needing to leave the keys on the bench meant you couldn’t access the lift or open the garage.

This apartment is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. We had all we needed supplied, Stefan was very responsive to messages, the kids loved their bedroom - just a heads up that it has an all-glass door, but it does have a shade inside for privacy. The car lift wasn't working while we were there, but Stefan was willing to refund any parking fees, which we didn't end up having. There is free parking out front that was easy to get most days. The balcony is an added bonus for eating outside and waking up to sit by yourself. A very lovely stay and I would recommend it to anyone!

We really enjoyed staying at Stefan's place, it was a lovely apartment and really homely, comfortable and clean, we loved all the books and the deck! It was a neat part of Auckland we hadn't stayed in before and it was great to explore the area.

We were able to find this amazing airbnb within under 2 weeks prior to our trip. We felt right at home. Instructions made it easy to check both in and out of the accommodation. Surroundings are peaceful and everyone who lives within the building greet you with a big smile. Place was spotless & had everything you would need! From appliances like toasters to steam irons/vacuums. Better hope your reversing skills are good as the parking elevator is a bit of a tricky one to sus out when the park in front is occupied. Stay was a 5/5, definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay, wonderful apartment, quiet and safe in a good location. We couldn’t access the parking because the remote wasn’t working but we still managed to find parking on the street

I have stayed at Stefan’s accommodation twice now and have loved both stays! Such a great hidden gem in the city. And even though it’s so central to both the busy suburbs of Mount Eden and Ponsonby, the location of the apartment still gives a luxurious, private, quiet, abode vibe. We definitely will be back for a third stay some time soon!

Good location for Auckland CBD. Both beds and couches were comfortable! Came with ample crockery, bonus points for extra ice trays! Shower was neat We enjoyed our stay

The place is beautiful, they keep it clean. They had issues with maintenance and some inaccuracies in the listing. They were always respectful although they did not resolve the maintenance issues during our stay. They need to do better with check in and with a clear description of what they offer and what is required to access the amenities.

Eden Terrace is a great location if visiting Auckland. Has local shops/cafes/pubs all within walking, at the same time very easy to get to downtown, Ponsonby or the motorway. Apartment was great, would stay here again.

Booked last minute and got a response almost instantly, the place was modern and homely, tidy and clean , We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting Auckland ?? and we would stay again in the future.

Beautifully modern and clean apartment located close to amenities. We used the apartment due to it being close to the hospital and being single level inside as we had an 18 month old baby with us. It was perfect for everything and super safe for a toddler. Our only slight negative is that it didn’t have a microwave. By no means was this a deal breaker as there were plenty of pots and pans - it’s just something to be aware of. We utilized the car park and is a bit of a 5 point turn to get in the car lift with an SUV but once you do it once and get a bit of confidence, it was fine and we came and went as we needed to. The host was absolutely amazing and was quick to respond and nothing seemed a problem or an inconvenience. Would absolutely stay again.

Great two bedroom apartment in Eden Terrace. The place was very nicely furnished and I love the location as it’s easy to get to anywhere near the city from. Very large balcony!

Great communication. Place is exactly as displayed. My only issue was key collection I did not read the information correctly and was attending a concert so traffic was diabolical and heading into the city then to the apartment was an extra half hour I had not accounted for! But that was my fault as I had no read the information and it was clearly stated !

Stefan and team very responsive and helpful. Given premium price point I would have liked there to be a bit more attention to detail - example no dishwashing detergent, nothing to wipe down benches. I had to go hunting in cupboards for the conditioner and even the handsoap. Overall pleasant place. There is a good coffee shop down the end of the same street I recommend.

Great little apartment perfect for a weekend getaway - clean, big balcony for morning coffee and sunset cocktails, walking distance to good cafes and restaurants. Great communication from host. Highly recommend

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Stefan's place. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The communication was great, and check-in/out was simple. The only issues that we had were the shower not draining, so it flooded the bathroom, and the dryer kept stopping. We tried cleaning out the filters and emptied the water compartment, but it didn't make a difference. Stefan is very responsive and friendly, and nothing seems like an issue, so I'm sure these minor issues will be sorted asap. Thanks for a lovely stay

Great location and exactly as pictures showed!! The place was clean and stunning with lovely views from the balcony. Stefan was a lovely host and very responsive, we had a very smooth check in process.

The location was great for us and the apartment itself was nice. The deck was big, which would be great in summer (it was winter for us) and it was a quiet area. We hardly used the carpark because of the time + process to get in/out. I needed the car a lot so it was easier/faster to park on the street and pay for parking (relatively cheap). If you use the car park ensure you either have a smallish car and/or feel confident reversing into a car lift with minimal space either side. There are stairs from the carpark to the lift area (no stairs if you go in from the street level) and one set of keys didn't work well and was bent so use the key that works better. The 2nd bedroom had a clear glass door. There's a blind on the inside, but impossible to get in/out of the room without fully opening the blinds (we had a child in there so not ideal). We ended up buying black rubbish bags and painters tape to cover the door (left these in the drawer for others to use). Overall a nice stay.

Very neat and beautiful modern apartment, the balcony has a lot of space and the room is very bright. The location is convenient, it is not far to drive or take a taxi to the city center. The guide for check-in and parking is very detailed. There is also an elevator in the parking lot. It is a little test for parking skills. Because I have checked-in in advance, I encountered some difficulties in the process of picking up the keys, but the responsible staff responded in a timely manner. and solved the problem. Very pleasant stay experience!
