Very clean, spacious, simple and cozy room. Amenities were of high quality. Quiet in the nights. I will stay here again if next chance. Just one thing, it took a few minutes to find how to open the door of the apartment. Maybe better to add one more picture of this to the Check-in instruction.

Love the location, decor if the place but check in time was changed on the day ( granted, it was die to plumbing issues) and yet we still had to deal with leaks in the carpet throughout our stay. would have loved to see a bit more proactiveness to dealing with these issues

Spacious, comfortable flat in a great, central location. Perfect for a new visitor to Auckland - a few minutes walk to the Hop On, Hop Off bus and the ferry terminal. The building is currently having work done which means it's relatively empty and there's lots of notices around mostly aimed at contractors and long-term residents. This made for a slightly odd atmosphere, but didn't cause us any difficulties.

had to check out a day early as the bathroom was not usable. toilet was clogged causing it to flood and waste water and sewerage to come up through shower trap. contacted host, no reply. contacted the number provided, they said a plumber would attend. we left for the day, no communication from the host or support number. I phoned again, operator said plumber will be 20 mins and that I check out 2moro anyway then hung up on me. we returned to the apartment at 6.30pm. no plumber had been. bathroom was flooded with sewerage waste that had gone through to both bedrooms. tried to contact host... no reply. we checked out and found other accommodation. the host was not willing to refund the accommodation costs so I had to get that through air bnb support. the host has now tried to say that we caused the clog and is trying to pass repair costs onto me. I showed pics to multiple plumbers who all confirmed it was a pre existing blockage. worst host and accommodation I have ever had.

Spent 3 nights at this cosy home alike apartment though the building was under renov atm. Host was very responsive and tried his best to answer all my queries. Enjoyed my stay there with chillax nights in the apartment just to stay in to watch tv with family. Space was clean and plenty of amenities provided, not to mention the VERY centred location with shops just downstairs. Great experience overall.

Amazing apartment to stay at. We were all very impressed with how tidy, clean, spacious and modern it was. The full kitchen was awesome and we didn’t have any problems with parking and accessing the apartment. Extremely central, it worked very well for us. Highly recommended!

Modern and neat apartment. Has everything you need for family travel. Bed is so comfortable and linen is clean too. Entrance to parking is narrow but is totally ok for a normal size 5-seat car. Will recommend this place to a family or 2 couples.

Great and very comfortable apartment in the Auckland CBD. So easy with the car park in the same building. The place was spotless and communication was easy, clear, and very friendly. 100% recommend and we'll stay again.

A great place to go and see my son’s graduation at the university of Auckland, and look for a more permanent accommodation. I could easily walk everywhere. We had lovely dinners at Mezze and Amano’s and the Mexican place across from the sky tower. On the weekend mornings we walk all around the viaduct and looked at the boats and had breakfast looking over the water. Very happy.

This place is awesome. Great spot close to everything, walking distance to the viaduct. A little bit extra to get the keys but not too niggly. We were unable to use the carpark due to height restrictions so had to park at Britomart. Great spot!

We had a few issues with our 1 night stay including parking and late notice of a very early check out requirement. I would not recommend renting this apartment of any units through this company.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir fanden es dennoch einschränkend, dass Bauarbeiten am Gebäude stattfinden. Wenn man ausschlafen möchte, stört der Baulärm. Ausserdem wurden wir an einem Morgen von einem Feueralarm geweckt und mussten das Haus sofort verlassen und auf der Straße warten bis wir wieder ins Haus durften. Zum Glück hatte es nicht gebrannt. Das ist nicht Stefans Schuld gewesen, aber im Urlaub nicht schön. Ansonsten ist es eine schöne Lage in Auckland und eine sehr schöne Wohnung.

Thank you for hosting us. It was a clean and tidy environment. On the last day we had some drainage issues which was handled well and we were able to phone up early in the morning where we were offered a plumber to come in right away. As it was our check out day we settled to have a later check out. Overall I was happy with how this situation was handled and I look forward to hearing about the compensation they have offered us. Thank you

The place is located at the heart of the CBD and walking distance to the Harbour, Sky Tower and museums. The unit is very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Definitely a highly recommended unit to stay in if you’re in Auckland CBD.

We had a small mockup with the key not. Ring in the lock box - mixup with the cleaning staff - however the team went out of there way, scootering across town in super quick time, to bring us another key and get us into the apartment. They gave us a late checkout which more then made for the delay. Lovely clean brand new apartment - thanks team, we will be back

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is really great, right in the middle of the CBD. It's a short walk to pretty much anything. There is some renovation going on in the building but it didn't affect us. It was really quiet and we had no troubles falling asleep. The central climate control was also a real bonus with it being so hot -- we really appreciated being able to cool off when we came back to the place. The clearance in the garage is indeed a tight squeeze. We have a Hyundai Santa Fe and squeaked in but the antenna did scrape at a spot or two. It's flexi and only touched the top cm so all good but I don't think we'd have fit if we had a roof rack installed. So if you're planning to stay here and have a similar vehicle you should leave the roof rack at home or locate alternate parking. We'd be more than happy to stay here again in the future when we're back in Auckland.

The location is good enough but hard to park a car. Even-though the cleaning pay is expensive, the floor was sticky and The table was dirty. The toilet door is not working. The sink smelled bad. The building is being under the reconstruction(it was not pre-noticed). We saw construction workers through outside window. So that we pulled down all blinders all the time. Not worths to pay. Disappointed…..

We'd let you know that we would need additional time to prepare the property since guests had just checked out. Our housekeepers are usually very thorough but as they knew you were waiting to check-in they may have missed these so we are sorry for that.
