Enormous One Bedroom Beauty in CBD Free Parking

Stefan’s place is exactly as advertised and is located in a very nice area near the wharf. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a Woolies metro which was convenient as we purchased groceries and cooked meals. The unit had a proper kitchen with all cooking facilities and utensils . The unit also had a washing machine and dryer which was very handy after 2 weeks of travelling overseas. Would highly recommend Stefan’s place and would definitely stay again.

We reserved three units in the complex (we were traveling on business). When we arrived, after spending 1.5 hours on the phone getting assistance to get into the key lockboxes, we learned that one of the three reservations had been canceled, but we were not informed of this. Indeed, the management agency seemed unaware of this fact until we finally got the lockbox open and it had no key inside! We had to get official Airbnb people on it to get a full refund for this phantom booking, as the management agency only granted a partial refund. That's unacceptable. We will never book an Airbnb that's managed by this company again.

The second time I have stayed here and the location is perfectly placed to enjoy the city of sails. Safe and secure property. Centrally located within walking distance of the viaduct and some superb restaurants and bars. We will be back! Thank you Stefan for your professional and attentive service right from the get go. The apartment was lovely in a nice quiet part of the town. Really close to lots of bars and restaurants. Also only a 10min walk to the ferry terminal for day trips!

In general, unit was great. We has issues checking in, mainly due to the lockbox not working. I had to call for help, and played with the lockbox until it popped open. This took 15 minutes and should have only taken 2. Once we accessed the building, printed written instructions would have been a great help, we were dependent on my phone, which didn't work in the underground parking. We couldn't work out how to get out of the parking lot into the building, or which building we were in. We met a very friendly little dog, whose human advised us as much as he could. He told us not to leave the unit without the fob, otherwise we wouldn't get back in to the building! Useful information. Once we located the unit, things went smoothly. Fortunately we weren't planning on watching TV, as that took 2 days to get sorted. The team were very helpful, and very responsive. There was no handbook inside the unit either, which would have helped with many of our questions. We had a great stay in the end.

One of FIVE AirBnBs we used on this trip Very nice furnished apartment in great location. BUT a managed property, where "owner" doesn't regularly check that everything works. No operating instruction for appliances. The Main TV, a kitchen socket, & bathroom sink drain did not work. Host response on TV was "Sorry for the inconvenience". Issues checking out of parked garage, as we had requested confirmation that we could exit garage without keys and received no reply indicating otherwise. Keys ARE required. Slow response to our "trapped" communication. "Are you still locked in" was the response. Unacceptable. Would still use this AirBNb again, but the owner/manager needs to check everything is working, and NOT rely on guests reporting (which is normally not done) issues. Information on places to go visit and restaurant recommendations would be nice. Responses other than what is required to tick the AirBnB statistic needs improvement. VALUE?? Yes IF the host "Ups their game".

Great appartmen and location We would definitely come back However the sophisticated check in and extra layers of his own website to negotiate was challenging and seems unnecessary and complicated Luckily the phone contact was very helpful and we got things sorted We would suggest others take the $60 extra charge to get someone to meet you Otherwise every thing was excellent and recommend to other guests

Conveniently located to the Central Business District this unit has a lovely balcony, a well appointed kitchen, a soaker tub and plenty of space. The underground parking stall was also secure and well lit. This unit would be an excellent rental for a professional or couple visiting Auckland. Great restaurants and tourist spots are an easy walk away.

Die Wohnung liegt toll in Viaduct Harbour. Man kann an der Promenade in die Stadt laufen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Toll ist auch Tiefgaragenparkplatz.

The location was awesome! It is super easy to get onto the motor way if you need to drive to places but also so central for walking around the CBD. There were two sets of keys which is great! I have stayed in places where they only give you one key and my partner and I go for work and we need to do different things so only having one key is a pain. The place had a bath which was awesome and it was a really good sized apartment.

Spacious and private apartment. Well equipped with amenities. Great location and within walking distance of some wonderful eateries on the harbour. Had a bit of a hiccup with wifi and could not access it until the next day however Stefan was great at communicating swiftly and sent someone to fix it which was much appreciated.

Communication with the host was excellent. The instructions were detailed, and broken down into easy to follow steps. The apartment is large as described and very comfortable with basement parking which was useful. Great linen, towels and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the location is good in-terms of walkability, but also easy access to major roads if driving. The only issue we had was with the mattress which was not comfortable on one side and probably needs replacing. Other minor issues include a rip in the couch which should be repaired to make the unit even better, and the coffee machine is not an espresso machine as shown in the photos, it’s a filter coffee machine. Otherwise it was great accommodation.

Stefan's place was well located in the Auckland Viaduct area with easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and other sightseeing places of interest. The key safe was situated offsite with not much parking available, although once we had the key getting into the underground security carpark and the apartment itself was easy. It was a very spacious and private apartment with all amenities available for our stay. Big cosy bed, huge ensuite bathroom with a large bath and good shower. Unfortunately, we had a hiccup with the wi-fi on arrival and couldn't connect until the following day. Overall, Stefan's place was enjoyable to stay in and definitely recommended for location and price.

good location. close to everything. pictures were abit deceiving as we expected the apartment to be larger as the pictures show. the dryer wasn’t working very well and kept popping open when trying to use. also we were only supplied with 2 towels for the 3 nights we were there so more would’ve been great. clearer instructions to get from the car park into the building would be super useful also

Everything was as described. Was an excellent location, everything we needed. However the downfall was the extractor fans were noisy and couldnt be turned off anywhere. Other than that, was great. The host was always available to chat if needed. Always communicated regarding check in and check out criteria and very easy instruction.

location is amazing, apartment very average for price, not well maintained. check in is a nightmare especially if outside office hours. location to get keys is hard to get to and no easy parking there, got locked out of parking garage called host, secretary called back and told me to contact property manager , at 930 at night this was not an option. I had to knock on another apartment, thank goodness a nice man let me down to garage to retrieve keys. don't leave your fob behind...lol apartment is well used but not well maintained, ripped couch, torn stained carpet.just kinda tired. for the money I would expect Hotel quality linens etc.

Key access to the apartment was a nightmare and leaving the instructions caused issue. Other then that the location of the apartment was awesome and the apartment itself was very nice.
