Parfait séjour ! Un appartement très bien situé au centre ville. Très propre je recommande. D’autant plus que Stefan reste présent à tout moment pour répondre à nos questions.

Horrible blood stains all on mattress protector, I was mortified to have seen that on the last day as I wouldn’t have continue to sleep in that bed. The bed has also got a big dip in the middle and stains all over the bed valence. Hair was in the bathroom hygiene of the air bnb was very poor. You have to pick up the key from a different location which was very inconvenient, as I flew into Auckland, had to catch an Uber and then walk all of our luggage from the pick up location to the Airbnb. There was work being done outside the room so drills and what not were going off at 8.30am. The location was good but this wasn’t a good stay.

a good and clean place to live except locating the office to get keys. try to call staff but she spoke impatiently with strong accent. So we did not get help from the staff

Nice and clean room, perfect position. We had a small problem with the check-in (the magnetic card to enter our room was not working) but Stefan helped us remotely. Highly recommended!

Very nice place and looks just like the pictures. Only disadvantage is that the washing machine doens’t work. It leaks water if you try to turn it on and the dryer function is not very good either. Therefore, we now have wet laundry with after checking out. But otherwise it’s definitely worth the money!

Can’t fault the communication - prompt and helpful. Property is more a privately owned room in a hotel and is a little tired. Pillows are terrible and washer didn’t work - however company very quick to respond, sent someone out and offered a fair refund to cover washing each day. Probably won’t stay again but for the price and convenience, I likely expected too much. It’s a simple, basic room close to shopping and transport.

This place wasn't the most updated, but it's perfect if you want to just drop your bags and explore, as the location is absolutely prime and the parking down the street (literally only a 30-second walk) was affordable at $17 a day. It was nice to have Netflix and a cosy space to relax. The bed was very comfortable as well! It's in the city so use a noisemaker on your phone when you sleep if you are used to sleeping in the dead quiet. We did have troubles getting the dryer to work, but it wasn't a big deal to us.

Location can’t be beaten and apartment was as expected and as the photos. Little bit of a pain having to collect the keys from elsewhere but the process was really simple and we knew at the time of booking we’d have to do that. It was a shame the washing maching was leaking while we were there so couldn’t use it. The team offered to send a maintenance person around but as it was Saturday night and we were checking out at 7am on Monday I said not to worry about it. The team at zodiac were super proactive and professional.

A good stay at the heart of Auckland CBD near Queens St. Location of key pickup is a bit far from hotel lobby but very clear instructions. It will be better to drop luggage at lobby and then get the keys.

Location of this place was amazing! Extra steps needed to get keys and get to room bc it managed by a company, and the key room is not that easy to find at night when first entering Auckland. Great communication though. Room has most everything you might need, but several things were broken (note on chair not to use it bc it's broken), shower didn't drain, etc. we were here a couple nights for an event, and the location was what we really needed so it ticked the box.

The location of this property cant be beat, it's quiet and near the main street in Auckland with great restaurants at the doorstep. The apartment was well equipped although the dryer did not work and the internet kept going in and out. The bed was very clean and comfy. With that said, do not book this location if you don't have a car. You have to walk 15 minutes to and from the site to retrieve the keys which are behind a locked door and have several codes to get into. Our flight was delayed so we were wandering around in the dark trying to locate things, dragging our luggage and getting wet.

Fantastic location & the communication was exceptional! Unfortunately, the room was in need of a deep clean as had a lot of dust ect in the ceiling fans and a few plates/cups ect missing but they went over & above to ensure we were happy with the end result and refunded half of the cleaning fee as compensation. Fantastic stay, the location can't be beaten. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and didn't have any issues with the accommodation. Was lovely and clean and very easy to locate and pickup the keys. Would deffo recommend!

Overall an okay stay. Was a bit of pain having to pick up the key, we had to message to find out what number room we were in. We also didn’t get our check in information until late morning. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket as an option as the room was fairly chilly, ammenities not fully stocked as advertised in description. Overall a good stay for the price, great location.

Clean, quiet and excellent location. All shops are nearby (cafe, bar, 24-hr convenient store, supermarket, grocery) and located right at the heart of city. Just be reminded about the key pickup is on separated place, planning of time and route is desired.

Great place to stay, the room is in a hotel which made my trip feel a bit more relaxing. A prime location, very central. Only negative I felt was there is a locked door next to the bed, which I suspect is a door that connects to the next room. Since the door is there, sounds (such as tv and indoor volume talking) and smells (such as coffee filling the room at 3am) will easily leak through, which sometimes made it feel less private and a little uncomfortable. That being said it will depend on occupants in the room next door, if any. Still would recommend this place though.

This room is in a prime location in the Auckland CBD. Right on Queen street. The room itself also has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Very clean too! I had a very comfortable stay and the hosts were very quick and thorough with their responses. Thanks Stefan.
