Cosy Central 1BR with Balcony

I liked it a lot because it is very close to the City Center and the host responds very quickly

Host was very helpful at the beginning. The lady at the convenience store had a bad attitude, she saw that I was having issues with my check-in process and instead of being understanding and helpful, she served other customers while apologizing and laughing at me. It took me almost 2 hours to sort it out and convince her of my booking after she kept telling me my booking was fake. Once we got into the place the TV didn't work and the shower drain was dirty/blocked. We got in late and all we wanted to do was shower and rest with a movie. The next morning I emailed sharing details of the shower and TV and if someone could come in. I was told to unplug the TV and then plug it back in like it would make a difference. I was told maintenence would come but I waited all morning for an ETA and by the time I got it, I had already left the apartment. My partner and I got back in and he cleaned and unblocked the shower himself. The response we got was "So the issue has been resolved?" Rude.

Well equipped apartment. You will need to collect the key off site for self check-in. The answer to questions about the check out process was just a link to the off platform site which does not release instructions until 1 day before check out date. With a claim on the necessary cleaning that I didn't agree with, the experience was not the best.

Had a wonderful stay, located perfectly for walking to lower Queen and K Road. Nice studio apartment as pictured, excellent facilities. Only downside is key pick up is slightly far away. Would definitely recommend!

A great stay ! Was walking distance to everything , but also had everything we needed. Got a bit noisy at night, but perks of being in the city. Host was very friendly & responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here !

It was a great find! Right in the heart of the city. The place was clean and quiet. Everything was in walking distance. The only thing we struggled with is parking. If you are getting your car, make sure you already have arranged a car park. There is Wilson and street paid parking nearby but these can get quite pricey if you’re staying long! Rest was all great! Would definitely recommend :)

Stay was great and cozy with essentials provided for extended stay. Location is convenient all within walking distance to areas like K-Road and the Chancery etc.

If you're looking for a place to feel at home and just to chill and be lazy with your significant other than definitely a great stay with close food places and all amenities available for your stay. Very happy with everything overall, just parking is a bit of a nuisance to pay but there is alot of codes online for wilson parking so thats helpful too lol. Thank you for Stefan!

Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass man den Schlüssel in einem anderen Gebäude abholt und der Weg etwas steil ist mit Gepäck. War für mich aber kein Problem und würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Warning: you have to walk over 1km down Queen street to collect the key. It’s a mission getting back up the hill especially if you have bags. The company will send you a link to a rental agreement you are required to sign where they require your personal data and offer an upsell on transport. The property itself is great and all amenities provided. It is a great location. But the walk and off platform data request are enough for me to look elsewhere

Great location. Very spacious and comfortable. Host is lovely and great communication. Check in was a bit of an inconvenience as the key had to be retrieved from a separate building a few blocks away and is a bit of a mission with luggage however we still had a lovely stay and would definitely come again.
