Contemporary Apt Free Parking

DO NOT try to fit more than 2 people in this apartment. This address has 2 car entrances, use the 2nd. Stay in B1 NOT B2. There is no open parking, and the parking spot was missing in the check in info. Make sure you have the parking space number BEFORE entering the garage. There are 2 key fobs: 1 for vehicle entry to the garage and 1 is for pedestrian doors and elevators. Once we found the correct garage entrance, correct section of the garage, correct parking space, correct fob, correct door, and correct elevator, it was all pretty conveniently located. It only took nearly 2 hours of trial and error. For checking OUT, there were no directions on where to take out the trash or what to do with the keys. You cannot get to the trash area or to the car without the keys, so you have to pack up the car, move the car out of the garage, then go back and leave the keys in the apartment. None of this is explained in the instructions, so we once again figured it out through trial and error.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The clear instructions by the host made the stay overall very easy. We walked into to a squeaky clean apartment that had everything you would need for a little holiday. The host was very kind and responsive if any questions we had needed answering. Apartment itself was tidy and clean. Check in instructions were not sent to us, had to contact to request they be sent. checking in and getting key was stressful and parking instructions were not clear. Ended up leaving a day early and couldn’t get check out instructions until after we had to request them. Not sure why check in and out instructions aren’t already shown on the booking like most places.

We had a fantastic stay at 1302a/147 Nelson Street in Auckland. The apartment was incredibly neat and tidy, making our time there very comfortable. The location is convenient, offering easy access to everything Auckland has to offer. We were impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining the space. Great stay for Auckland CBD, only a short walk into the centre and easy to access all the main sights. Location is quiet given how central it is. Definitely only enough room for 2 people but had everything you could need, as long as you don't mind eating your meals off the coffee table! Extremely clean, very clear instructions on how to access, although key pick up is in a different location, if you are able to coordinate this, it is a very simple process.

Overall stay was good, self check in could've been at the same property not a street or two away. Clean, tidy, central location, close to harbour and around but not that close to other visitors areas. Found the giant A/C unit a bit surprising for a sort of modern but small looking place which i addressed to on arrival. Wifi signage was barely noticeable so hopefully that's sorted by now. Parking spot was a good bonus if you have/need a car to get around. Thank you Stefan and the team. All the best in future!

We had a great stay at Stefan’s. His communication is excellent. The place is super safe- needing to blip in at almost every door. The space is clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Would definitely recommend staying here for location, ease, and car parking space to name a few. One thing you should note is the fold out couch is very uncomfortable. I encouraged Stefan to replace it- as we had some restless nights with the mattress’ springs. Great double bed though!

A very good accomodation which is very near to Sky Tower and only minutes walk to the water front and the famous Queen Street. Clean and tidy, kitchen is fully equipped. Stefan always care about you and always reply within a few minutes when question is raised. All in all, it is a very worth in value stay.

The place was great, central and clean. Checkin experience was poor, and communication with the staff was awful. They need to ensure the right keys are placed in the right key box, they manage many properties and I understand it can be confusing but not an excuse. Instructions re Parking, and no direct access from the Parking to the apartment should be clear, and directions should be communicated with customers and staff.

In CBD, it is very nice to have free car park and reasonable price. The problem we faced is delayed check-in (due to house cleaning delayed) and wrong address. Others are good.

My stay with Stefan was good but short. I noticed a portable air conditioner up against the window of the apartment. This was not listed and was not advertised in the photos of the listing. The unit actually blocked about 50% of the view out the window, which is somewhat the reason you book a place in the city for, a nice view. The air con unit did not cool the place down. After letting it run for 3 hours, no temperature change. Opening the window gave little ventilation as it is rather small and there is no airflow in the apartment. Air con unit is fixed in one spot, pointing towards a wall and could not be adjusted. Apartment felt like you were in Fiji at 11pm. I felt like Stefan had palmed me off to other hosts to deal with my problem, and only felt heard once i contacted airbnb support. I'm grateful i was able to recoup funds from my stay, as it was unpleasant to be in. Overall a nice place & location. Just cant relax in 30+ degree air with no airflow

Had a wonderful stay property was as described and close to the city. Host was very responsive and apartment was very clean and tidy. Only one small thing the apartment was very hot and the portable air conditioner as well as the fan could not cool it down as they were to noisy to have on when you went to sleep

The flat is in a great location; including a nice view towards CBD and the Skytower. Getting the key at a deposit location is ok and easy, if you have an easy mean of getting around. By foot with a lot of luggage it becomes difficult. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality machines and cutlery. The whole place was very clean. The main double bed is great, the sofa for person 3&4 is very basic. There is one problem with the „mobile air conditioning unit“: the building has no air conditioning, but the flat has been „modified“ with a mobile air/c unit. When we stayed in the flat mid December, outside temperatures were at 25-27 C and the sun hit the window front all day. The flat was very hot day and night; while the A/C unit was not able to cool the place at full power (and made a lot of noise). The agency communicating with us did a good job and was responsive. However they did not know the real situation in THIS flat, as they seem to take care of many many units.

The place was spotless and very close to CBD. Our stay here was prefect. Very few stays have parking in the area, that too secure! The view of the downtown was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend. Tip: After parking your vehicle if you walk past the wall like locker in front of your car, you’ll see doors for the lobby which has lifts to go up.

Such an amazing little apartment with everything you need and was completely spotless. Being in a very central location with quick access to the highways it’s very convenient. Having a parking space with the apartment was a bonus, they have electric gates to get through and security during the night. Stefan responded quickly to queries when I messaged. Would absolutely stay again if I was to return.

Apartment is exactly how it’s described and with a nice view. Great location as everything is at walking distance. Liked how there was free parking although we had ran into a problem and ended up getting towed as we had no idea there was 2 parking spaces with the same number and ended up parking on the wrong space. Apart from this incident, overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely book again.

It was perfect for what we needed for a girls weekend in the city, you have to get the key from a different place which is slightly weird but not to big of a drama, and only one lift was working and we were on the 13th floor, apparently they had broke down another day as well! All in all easy, clean and good stay :)

The check in process came with LONG list of instructions which honestly was just too overwhelming. The instructions for eg “turn right out of elevator” is only applicable for one of the 3 lifts, so the directions were wrong/confusing. We are young, God help someone older. After checkin, headed out and only when we returned later did we realise 2 of the bed legs were snapped broken, with 1 bottom corner of bed leaning touching the floor. Messaged right away with photo but noone able to fix til the next day, which is fine, except that we waited hours for an update. When asked again for update, was told someone had entered our room to fix already without telling us firstly someone was even coming, and a rough ETA so we could go back in the room with our toddler for his nap, and hide our valuables first. Had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa which had hair on it, the spare quilt had oily residue. We did not realise this room is managed by a team, not just the owner. Nice bed once fixed.
