As always, great place to stay - very convenient, and Stefan is super easy to communicate with. The company overseeing this AirBnB has upgraded their check in website recently which is also quite helpful.

Beautiful little slice of heaven in the middle of Auckland, with a stunning pool patio, very secure and clean apartment, comfy bed, all the amenities you could need, and a very responsive host! Would recommend to all

Pros: Great location, nice amenities in the room & in the building & comfortable bed. Cons: With the 150 listings that the property mgmt company has on airBnB, it's difficult to provide personalization. The staff is not local or knowdgeable about the building and neighborhood. They might be international because the translation feature was frequently on, while messaging. Nothing wrong with being international, but when I asked for a local artsy cafe, they gave me the name of a place that didn't exist. I asked for a 30 min early check-in and they wanted to charge me $50. So I asked if I could wait in the reception & they told me to look for a cafe nearby. When I asked specifically for the closest cafe, they gave me one 5 blocks down the road, but in fact there was a French restaurant and cafe right in front of the building. There was a lobby with a waiting area and couches so I'm unclear as to why I couldn't wait there. Nice appliances, but dryer feature of washer/dryer not working.

This airbnb was home for 4 weeks. It is located very conveniently at a walkable distance from CBD, K-road and even Ponsonby. The apartment looks out into Myer's park and give the room a serene environment. The park is also a nice place to sit and chill in the evenings. Stefan and team were very prompt and responsive, and made the stay a positive one.

A very nice place to stay for a short holiday. Stayed there for 2 weeks. ???very clean. Including pots and pans. Can use them right away. ?????A nice park view from the window. Modern taste of furniture selection. ???Right in the city centre but on the quiet side, away from the noise. ?????Stefan and Gen are very helpful. So are the Zodiak team. They always tried their best to accommodate my requests. Thank you again for all your help. Just a tip: The keys are placed in a box right next to the building on the left. I didn’t notice it despite having read the instructions. It’s very convenient to pick up the keys actually. Overall, excellent stay!

It was absolutely perfect for a few nights right in the city center! Everything we needed was provided and the Host always responded within a rew minutes for any questions. The only thing that was missing for us was a frying pan but otherwise we did not miss anything!

For the right person, this apartment was great. Clean, well appointed and nicely furnished. However, this type of arrangement just isn't for me. It was essentially like staying in a hotel but without the convenience of in-person support. For busy people, having a location 15 mins walk away for retrieving the key is sort of illogical and it's an arrangement that I imagine suits the property management business and owner, and not the hirer. Especially if you're laden with luggage. There should be a lock box arrangement onsite. It feels like a different model altogether and the rigmarole around when information can be sent out and a charge of $50 for early pick up of key - I mean - just confirm the property can't be accessed before a certain time, but the key can be collected when it suits!! All in all, I moved out to a friend's place on day two, just so I could see a bit of sun and not have to listen to the domestics running across the weekend in Myers Par

This is a lovely Airbnb very centrally located in the CBD. The apartment was exactly as described and photographed but it was a little dark during the day as the trees in Myer’s Park block the view a little. We still enjoyed our stay and found Stefan to be a lovely host. Thank you! ?

Lovely apartment overlooking Meyers Park, good location for the CBD. The apartment was spacious and clean. The only annoying thing was that the key pick up was a 15 minute walk away from the apartment. Otherwise would definitely recommend this apartment if you want to explore Auckland CBD.

Stefan was always available when you needed to contact him or ask any questions, he would reply to you very quickly. I definitely would recommend to use any of his properties as this host was the best we have used so far.

The room was suitable for a single person or a couple and the TV had a lot of apps so you can watch movies. There is ecostore detergent with the washing machine, so I didn't have to worry about washing. There is a large park next door which was good for a morning walk to a nice cafe. There is a nice French restaurant across the street, and there are delicious restaurants lined up, so I didn't have any trouble with dinner. It's on the main street, so it was very convenient to go to the center. I would like to stay again next time I go to Auckland.

It is a relatively new apartment building in a cool neighborhood. The only downside was that it was a basement apartment and you can only get down to it through a fire staircase and the parking garage..may not be the right choice when traveling with a heavy suitcase or disabilities..the apartment itself was nicely furnished and modern..now if it was higher up and easy to access it would have been perfect..

Let me say that this was a 5 star place. The only issue I had was obtaining the key. Let me state that I feel Stephan was trying to be completely truthful. However, I received two receipts for my stay that stated entry was by lockbox. However, on the day of checkin when u finally go to check in. You check in the “how to get into the unit” which I feel the typical renter does only on the day of checkin. You then find out there is a 40 minute walk (20 min each way) mostly up hill to obtain the key. This wasn’t good. So I wouldn’t hesitate at all to rent this place but I would be aware that the key is difficult to obtain. Also hopefully after this comment, maybe a better location for the key can be arranged.

Very well presented accommodation! One of my favourites so far. Located in the city but well positioned with a huge window looking directly into the garden and trees offering great privacy and a sense that you're not actually in the city. Everything in the unit is of a good standard and perfect for your getaway whether it be short term or longer, either way, this unit has what you need for both. WiFi was good and the unit was very clean. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is new, well appointed, very quiet and private for its location on Queen St. The access system and how you get to the apartment is convoluted but once you get over that hurdle it’s a great place to stay. I will certainly look to stay again.
