This modern and stylish one-bedroom apartment is located on the western side of town, right around the corner from Victoria Park and Wynyard Quarter. Viaduct, Queen Street and Sky Tower are all just minutes away, as well as Ponsonby being a short walk or quick Uber ride. While being located in Central Auckland, the building is off main roads on a no-exit street, allowing you a secure and easy entry and a peaceful stay!

The space
In the apartment is one-bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and plenty of closet space. There is also a second living/internal room with a sofa-bed which sleeps one person. Sheets, pillows etc are provided for guests to make the sofa-bed themselves if needed. This room also comes with closet space.

The main area of the apartment has a bran new and fully functional kitchen with an oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a large TV with chrome cast, and a dining table with two chairs and two stools. There is also a beautiful balcony that is street facing, has a table and two chairs and catches lots of sunlight! You'll also find a washer/dryer in the bathroom cupboard.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire property.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Personal check-in: One of our team will meet with you to show you into the apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 3x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

neat, clean, contemporary apartment. good cafes 2 blocks away, short walk to the harbour and victoria Park. the sky tower just up the road. bus stop out front. we loved walking around and this place was the perfect base for our stay

Apt was OK in general, modern and central location. However, bathroom sink was blocked, bad smell from dishwasher and TV wasn't accessible. Despite reporting these issues to the agent, and receiving several respobses none were resolved. In addition, key collection is from a different location than the accomodation, the 15 min walk to the property with all my bags, felt very unwelcoming! Check-in and out process/rules are onerous, constant notifications from third party agent portal was very annoying.

Nice spacious apartment and great location. Responsive communication from host. Only a couple small items that prevented me from giving it a full 5 stars but great value for money.

Great location .. inconvenient check-in process.. key is at another location . Checkout is at 10am and $35 to checkout at noon. I liked that coffee/tea was included .. there’s also a washer/dryer.

Very good accommodation, very well located. You have to pick up the key at an address other than that of the accommodation (about 10min on foot), be careful to organize yourself well.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is great - a short walk to Viaduct, Britomart etc and all their attractions. Also a good, interesting walk to Ponsonby Road. Plenty of carparking options nearby. Located in a quiet side street so no noise at all. Small but well appointed apartment that had everything we needed and was a comfortable place to return to after each outing. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town. A great spot all round.
