A great place to stay! Felt at home straight away as it is very clean, has a big comfy sofa and has lots of little touches eg coffee, tea, oil and herbs & spices in the kitchen and nice toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice view out to the garden and you can sit outside on your own veranda. It feels like an apartment as it is spacious, bright and has high ceilings. Met the owners by chance and they were friendly but respected our privacy.

For a start there does not appear to be a Stefan involved at all The place was nice and comfortable. The problem was it did not have an on hand book or folder of instructions. So the fact that someone knows things about the place is not to say an in coming tenant does. Example i was emailed the internet password in an on line envelope after I had left Australia and when in NZ I needed the internet for my Aust mob but catch 22 i could not access the password until I had the internet. It has a gas fire which is turned on by pressing the on and off buttons together ( ? ) and waiting 30 seconds ( and long before that one decides they have done the wrong thing. And the third thing was it had a smart tv , much smarter than my smart tv and much smarter than i and when I emailed the co. for the netflix password I received a reply to use my own, The unit is separate part of the whole house and so I got very nice owners to help me. If a hard copy of the info is in the place I recommend it

We had booked into another place which was not suitable and we needed to find something else very quickly. Stefan was very responsive and made sure we were all booked in and had access all within about 15 minutes it was very easy and took all the stress out of a very stressful situation. The accommodation was exactly what we wanted. Clean and quiet with off road parking. We could hear the neighbours that was joined to our place but it wasn't an issue for us. the place had everything we needed including a washer which is always a nice thing to have. It was warm cosy and did i mention CLEAN. cant say enough about how great our stay was we will be back! it was a great location too for all of the most incredible asian cuisine in walking distance and the best massage we've had in a long time too.

Great location! The noise between the Airbnb and the owners house is really disturbing, I was being woken as early as 5am and walking could be heard until 11pm. Not voices, just walking on wooden floorboards. There is not much privacy on the deck, no screen between owners and the unit. The picture of living area is not updated, there is now a large comfy sofa in the place of the 2 dining chairs. There is no area to work, There is a dining table of sorts in the kitchen and the bar stools are very impractical as you cannot eat there or work there. (I tried and got a very sore back from hunching down) . Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. The owner needs to put a small bin in the bathroom. Note there is no dryer, just a washing machine.

Just beautiful place as you can see it on photos. everything is clean. many reasonably priced asian restaurants around. it's paradise for Asian person!! St.Lukes shopping mall is located not far from there so you can walk to there. you can hear the noise from the main house.

Great place, tidy and had everything we needed. Host was very nice and responsive. Just note that this AirBnB is ran by a larger corporation and therefore has many rules and restrictions that were leveraged by somewhat hefty fines. We had no issues though, and would stay again at this place.

this place overall was great. the location is amazing - close to dominion road for all of the good food and transport options, as well as close to Kingsland. it's clear that this is run by a company/group rather than an individual - and therefore doesn't have the personal touches that you sometimes find in other places (it had everything I needed, but for example had knives but no cutting board). however the host was responsive for a heap of different queries, which was lovely given this is a side unit to the main home, you do hear the neighbours a little bit - but it's not an issue and they weren't disturbed be me either. super friendly older couple, even let me borrow their hose to wash my car!

This house is beautiful. It is perfect for a couple, we could easily have lived here. It was clean and cosy. The balcony and fire were great additions. We had a lovely stay and Stefan was very responsive and also made it possible for us to check in a bit earlier.

A very nice appartment, very nicely furnished. Just don't expect as much love in every detail as in many of the privately managed appartements. Was a bit dusty when we got there. An additional online check-in and check-out is requested, which is very inconvenient if you travel without NZ cell phone data. Still a very pleasant place to stay.

The environment is good, the location is convenient, it is very close to restaurants and supermarkets, and the garden is beautiful; but we share the floor with the landlord, the sound of talking and walking on the TV next door interferes with each other, the garden is shared, and there are many flies. This was my second stay at this location. I was in Auckland for a lengthy work trip related to the 2021 Rugby World Cup. I chose this space due to the location to Eden Park. The space is wonderful. As I essentially lived there for a month it became home. Located near to shopping and multiple food options. I was able to get into the CBD either via UBER or even walking when I had the time. The back porch was brilliant as there were flowers in bloom which scented the air. The hosts hire an agency to manage the Airbnb so all communication on that side is through them; however, the hosts were delightful to chat with as well when I saw them in passing. Highly recommend and would certainly consider again if I am required back in Auckland.
