Central Auckland 1 bedroom apartment

This is a great place, very central to the CBD, can walk everywhere. Stefan was very responsive and helpful with any question or query we had.

Had a few maintenance issues with washing machine, so I had to pay for laundry late at night in the dark that I was never compensated for, as promised by owner. Fridge was leaking water but still was working. Cleaners were still there at 3pm when I went to check in so I waited in hallway till they were done. They were nice though. Low water pressure in shower but I’m not fussy on that. But definitely don’t be expecting a luxury shower. Other than the issues with the apartment, it’s a great location and you feel safe in there.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Stefan. L’appartement est très bien équipé et placé au coeur du cbd, c’est très pratique. Très bonne communication et réactivité à chaque messages, merci beaucoup. Nous recommandons si vous êtes de passage sur Auckland :) Lisa & Nathan

The cleaner came in without knocking at 9:56, even though check out was 10. A few hours after I left, I was sent an image of the dishes I left in the dishwasher and requested to pay $202.5 for "extra cleaning services." I have never had this problem before, and I found it very unprofessional and not fair. Either the cleaner or the owner is definitely desperate for money.

Fantastic place with an absolutely convenient location. Very comfy cozy feels to the apartment and the bed even comes with a heater function! An absolute great value for money and most importantly the place was exactly as described like in the pictures. So all standards and expectations were undoubtedly met. I will most certainly choose this place again in a heartbeat the next time I’m in Auckland’s CBD. Thank you so much Stefan, you have been a tremendous host :))

Very pleasant, well-located apartment in the center of Auckland's CBD. Clean and well furnished, but poorly insulated as the building is old.

Suitable location for work trip and had everything that I needed. It was a little noisey but that is due to location and being in the bustle of things.

Stay is very nice and central. Checkin is easy and Stefan communicates well. My only issue is there were stains on the bedding and oddly after the first nights sleep I fell ill, and continued to feel sick after waking up each morning which I would pin down to the cold air or perhaps lack of ventilation(?) whatever the reason I had not experienced it before in any other stay except this one

Was right in the middle of the city where I wanted to be. Walking distance from great restaurants, art museums, and shopping. Loved the view of the city

Inconsiderate, unprofessional, obnoxious, rude, and unhelpful are just a few words that come to mind when asked to describe Stefan. Five days before arrival, I completed the check-in form (being communicative and upfront) indicating we would be 3 people. This form was accepted and the stay “approved.” Well… it was “approved” until the refund period had conveniently lapsed. At 9:30am THE DAY OF OUR STAY Stefan informed me that only 2 are allowed and our 3rd would “need to find somewhere else”. We communicated throughout the day and the story seemed to shift: at first it was for our “comfort”, then he didn’t want to approve it, then (when offered and extra $20 a night) said “management” didn’t allow. After 5 pm he said “management” had changed their mind and could accept the extra $20 as a “one time exception.” Needless to say at this point we would rather rent a car for a day and sleep in the back than give this man one cent. Thank god for credit card fraud line.

Nice air bnb! I wish we could have been able to drop off our bags without paying an extra $30-$50 but the host was communicative and the apartment was nice. Great location right in the center of Auckland!

I stayed at Stefan's apartment and was supported by a professional team who made my stay a breeze. The location is incredible but the amenities are what make the place feel like a home away from home. The appartment was clean, well kempt, large windows framed the city below and it was thoughtfully stocked with appliances and everyday living items. I explored Auckland knowing that everything I need is nearby.

photos trompeuses : logement plus petit que sur les photos. Marche dangereuse à l'entrée et à la salle de bains. (pas sûr que ce soit règlementaire) Bonne situation au centre-ville; nombreux commerces et restaurants aux alentours. Par contre, bruyant la semaine et très bruyant le week-end, difficile de dormir. Stefan demande de l'argent si on rentre avant l'heure dans l'appart et pareil si on reste après le check-out (30 NZD). Contact très mauvais par rapport aux hôtes à qui on a déjà eu affaire. Appartement et cuisine bien équipés.
