Bright and modern apartment on K Road

Stefan’s apartment was light, bright, clean and comfortable. So central to awesome bars, restaurants and all of the hustle and bustle of K Road and Queen Street. Great communication before and during our stay, Stefan was helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Auckland!

It was great. Small but sunny. If you are not used to a small apartment and space saving cupboards in interesting places etc, it might feel a bit too small. It is great value though! Traffic noise is a real factor given that it is so inner city! My only issue was that I asked how much longer you would receive if you paid for late check out and there wasn’t a clear answer. So we didn’t purchase it. Otherwise was smooth. Instructions are super clear and slick. We had a bit of trouble taking our rubbish with us in the inner city as visitors in town, but managed. It is definitely a recommend.

Great spot for a city break, really central, busy and fun. Close to cafes, restaurants and art galleries. If you want an inner city break this is a really good base; complete, comfortable, compact apartment in a great location.

Lovely apartment with great views of the Sky Tower. Easy connections via public transport or walking distance to Auckland CBD. Apartment was well equipped and as described. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during stay. Would highly recommend!

Great location, property as described, good value. Only issues would be that the Lounge lighting was way too bright & harsh, a lamp would go a long way to remedy this. Also it would be great if some cooking oil & a large bowl were provided in the kitchen to make meals easier for those staying for more than a night or two, otherwise a great stay overall, thanks!

Nice place, looks like the photos, and reasonably priced. My main gripe is that in general though it was just a very “corporate” Airbnb, which I don’t like - I use the Airbnb to get away from the corporate hotel feel. I had to check in and provide details through an app to get in to the apartment. Then the cleaners turned up right on check out time and barged into the apartment without knocking. Probably just want to look at using a more professional cleaning team or book them for a little later - it is very common for guests to leave a few minutes after the stated check out time. Also had that thing that some hotels try do with a check in time at 3 and check out at 10 which is not standard (either make it check in at 3 and check out 11; or check in at 2 and check out 10) and annoying to me when paying a full day rate - but not visible until after booking.

The apartment is great. The location is ideal, close to K road but also Ponsonby. The hosts (it seems to be run by a company so there are several people communicating with you) were accommodating and responsive. Beware of the fact that the apartment is right next to a highway, for those of you who are noise-sensitive. Oh and also, it'd be nice if there was a lamp. The overhead lighting is very bright, not very moody.

Great location, very convenient. plenty of places to have decent food nearby. New and complete amenities in the apartment. Super clean. A bit loud at times with cars passing by at the street in the bedroom but not bothering me.

This place is unbelievable. It really is. I love the floor to ceiling windows that overlook a part of the city, it is such a beautiful view. If you are up early like me you'll get amazing morning sunrises as well. The place is exactly as pictured, maybe even better. It is extremely cozy and exactly what you'd like to come back to after a day exploring Auckland. I work full time remotely and not issues with internet. It was excellent. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Lovely spot! Easy walking distance to the crackin’ K-road cafes, lunch & dinner spots, and still managed to feel like we had our own lil secluded space even when it was so close to everything. Definitely would stay again :)

Cet appartement était très confortable et tout y était très propre. Il est juste à côté de nombreux restaurants. Il est situé le long du périphérique ce qui le rend un peu bruyant la journée, mais la nuit il n’y a pas de passage donc cela ne nous a pas embêté. Il peu y faire très chaud si il y a du soleil, mais une climatisation permet de gérer la température. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

Awesome place , good for your moneys worth , very clean and good location , just a few dodgy people around the building at night . Car parking was ok but cost about little bit to park over night and in the day. Car parks and things close as it is the city . Would recommend if you’re looking for something well priced and right in the city.

We arrived at 5pm (check-in at 3pm) with information to a lockbox that apparently was stolen and there wasn’t informed about and no communication until we called in. We were then send 2 km away in pooring rain. There was syrringes lying around outside the building and addicts yelling and screaming which made it feel like a very unsafe area. At night multiple addicts went down the road looking around and one were standing outside the building door yelling. Appartment was fine and appliances worked well etc. Overall not a good experience but the place and building is well maintained and modern and at the center.

Great location, great place. Excellent value. Only minor issue is that the office to pick up the key is over 1.5 km away in a part of the city with a lot of traffic. But keys can be returned in the airbnb flat. Other than this minor issue it is an excellent short term stay in Auckland.

We had a great short stay at the bright and modern apartment. It looks exactly like the photos and feels a lot like a hotel - clean and minimal! There's a ton of restaurants, bars, etc. within walking distance. We stayed here on our way out of town and so we paid a little extra to have a later check out before we left for the airport around noon. Stefan (and the whole staff) were fast to respond to this request. Thanks for having us!
