Awesome Apartment w Parking

The apartment was a great place to stay for a four day City visit. As we were there for the Coldplay concert predominantly, the location was amazing. A very short walk to heaps of nice cafes and restaurants, and very centrally located for loads of activities throughout Auckland. It accommodated four of us very comfortably and was very easy to live in for our visit. We did have an issue with a sensitive smoke alarm system during our stay which did put a minor damper on the stay, but we would happily book and stay again. Check in/check out communication etc was very prompt and easy to follow.

Funky apartment that featured in The Block a few years ago. Really nice fit out and views over to Eden Park. Nice and quiet, but less than a five minute walk to the strip of bars, cafes, restaurants and train station. We had high expectations from the description and reviews and these were more than matched.

This was an easy walk to Eden Park for ‘Art In The Park’ and was exactly like the photos in the listing. We got caught by the rain one day and were pleasantly surprised by the umbrellas by the front door. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again! Thanks Stefan!

HMy family and I enjoyed staying at this property! It’s styled beautifully and very family friendly. Although we assumed there was more than one carpark so that was a wee downfall for us travelling in two cars from two different towns! The only options were to park on the road and move your car every two hours, or park at a parking building nearly 2km up the road (that you have to pay for) but other than that we absolutely loved this property and would love to stay there again in the future possibly when we only have one family & car staying! Prime location, so close to everything in the city. Awesome view, nice and tidy and very homely!

A good stay - the flat is a good size, and the balcony views of Eden Park are excellent. The flat is under a minute’s walk to bus stops going in and out of Auckland, with a railway station only a few minutes further.

This property is very good but could be great with a little bit of maintenance. The location is superb for those attending an event at Eden Park with many nice restaurants to choose from and not too far from Auckland city centre. Overall, I would stay there again if the few maintenance issues were addressed.

Property is located well however the AC wasn’t working at all the whole trip. No cold air in 80 degrees weather. The location and furniture is good. Could use more kitchen stuff just has a few pans.

The place was clean and spacious and it was as described. We found the lighting and air conditioning difficult to control. Stefan was responsive when we contacted him, and helpful. Great location for being close to Eden park too.

Stefan's place was exactly as described and pictured. Great indoor/outdoor living space. Family of 5 slept very well in the 3 bedrooms. A lot of the house is automated, especially the master bedroom dual massage beds, make sure to give it a try after a long day of sight seeing. Plenty of space for all and able to have clean laundry at end of trip. Close to local hikes such as Mount Eden & One Tree Hill. Walking distance to great bakery down the street called Bakers Corner. This property is a great base camp for all activities in surrounding Auckland area. Only suggestion: Property was missing spatulas and cooking utensils. We were not able to get the A/C to blow cold air out of the unit. Note a lot of attractions are also located more South of Auckland which is 2 hr 40 min away each way such as Hobbiton, Waitomo Glowworm Cave, Rotorua Whaka village and hot springs and geysers. So make sure to plan your stay accordingly as we had more activities south of Auckland. Would recommend

The apartment was beautifully decorated and felt very modern and stylish and had an insane view. It was in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and transport for getting into town. The checkin process was extremely smooth, and Stefan was very responsive throughout our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property and this is the second time of staying here. Would recommend. The challenges we faced was the fridge was not turned on and not clear how to turn on resulting in food needing to be thrown away. Would have liked to receive compensation for this. Otherwise a good property.

A very stylish apartment with unbeatable views across Eden Park & on the horizon to Three Kings & Mt Albert. We stayed a week & were very comfortable There is a smart hub for lighting etc but unfortunately no instructions on how to best utilise the electronics. The A/C heating wasn’t available & some maintenance issues meant the gloss was taken off our stay

A great spot within short walking distance to restaurants, bars, train, Eden Park stadium. The place is very cool and comfortable for four adults and two small kids. It has a good supply of kitchen tools if you want to cook also. I’d stay here again!

Overall, the location is great and the size of the apartment and bathrooms is comfortable. The space does need a thorough clean though as we found it quite dusty, there was mould in the toilet and the shower head did not work in one of the bathrooms. We were looking forward to our stay but unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations for the amount paid per night. The oven was not useable and we couldn’t cook for our guests. When we attempted to use the oven, it smoked excessively causing the fire alarm to go off. We contacted the host for assistance and while they were responsive, they didn’t know how to resolve the issue and after an hour we ended up having to contact the fire alarm company to help as the alarm was very loud and continuous. The “local hush” button was only effective for 2 minutes. We found the place just needed a bit more love - there weren’t enough utensils in the kitchen, there were no garbage bags or scourers to wash dishes, just the basics you would need.
