The 4th bedroom is a standout, with a TV for entertainment and additional seating area, perfect for curling up with a good book. This layout offers flexibility, ideal for families or groups who need both space and privacy.

There are two pristine bathrooms (one on each floor), each featuring a spacious shower & one a bathtub for ultimate comfort. Fresh towels, shampoo, soap, and conditioner are provided, ensuring you have everything you need to feel at home.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available to use during your stay, free of charge. Whether you're refreshing your wardrobe or simply prefer the convenience of in-home laundry, it's all here for you.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: A lockbox will be available at the property for your convenience. On the day of your check-in, we will send you all the necessary details, including the code and instructions on how to access it, ensuring a smooth and easy arrival.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Parking: The property offers a very spacious gated driveway which can accommodate up to 4 cars

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 7x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
